Thanks for your pervious answer but I still can't figure out how much should I paid for 3 people joiing the tour 2-167 after review the pricing. Would you please calculate for me? Any taxes? If yes, how much?
If we leave at Las Vagas, how many day should I pay for the service fee to the tour guide/driver?
Hi!
I?m interested in this tour.
I have found the travel companion. What is the way of paying for both of us?
I would like to pay just my part of tour?s cost.
Or if I pay the total amount (936 $) for both of us but my companion would decide to cancel the tour, could it be changed to single (738 $) for me and the rest part of money (198 $) be transferred to other tour?s payment that I would like to buy next?
The cancellation fee is 30 $ or 25% of 468 $???
Natasha
If you want to pay separately, you will have to book the tour using the "share room" option for the lodging section. The share room option can be found when you select the number of rooms necessary for your order.
If your travel companion can no longer go on the tour please let us know ahead of time, and we can charge you the single supplement rate .
I am interested in tour code 2-167. We have 3 people and would like to share room. Please tell me how much in total for 3 of us include tour price & admission fees ( especially the 3rd person)?
Thanks.
As what you can check by filling out the Easy Book, the tour price for three persons with one room is: $896.00, as it offers the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer for 3 passengers in one room. Please simply check what that price includes and excludes and the fees especially for third person by clicking the Pricing tab.

My husband and I were interested in booking this tour. When we looked at the calendar for June 11th, the date we need it states that there is 15 seats still left. But when we go to book it says we need to pick another date of departure. Why is this and is the calendar not accurate????
We have just checked that the tour is still available on June 11 and tested that June 11 can be selected in “Start Date” in ‘Easy Book”. Please try again and should any question still exists, you are welcome to call us at 1-626-389-8668 or 1-866-933-7368 or send us email to service@tours4fun.com for assistance.

Hi Serena, tks for letting me know that the H & B rides can be paid by credit card.
Basically, I just wanted to know what can be paid by credit card so that I don't need to carry so much cash with me. As you know it's never a good idea to carry too much cash when traveling.
I wonder if you can also advise me what is allowed to be paid by credit card on Tour #5-189[3 Day SF & Yosemeti] and Tour #85-2936 [8 Day Yellowstone & Mt.Rushmore] as I'm also planning to book those two tours for me and my son.
Tks much for your kind and prompt assistance!
Ruth
Please note; you are allowed to use your credit card to pay for the helicopter and boat ride, however; there will be additional fees and transaction fees if you use your credit card in the Grand Canyon (which may amount to an additional fee over $20)
All other optional tours and fees while you are on the tour must be paid for in cash. For all of our tours, we highly recommend you plan and bring enough cash with you. Credit cards will not be an acceptable payment method for most optional tours.
Hello.
what is the approximate price of a room (in LA) for 3 ppl in early August? I checked online at the pick-up hotel's website it suggest about $100 per night. Will your quote be cheaper than this?
and BTW, can we leave the tour at Las Vegas? Do you offer extension hotels at Las Vegas as well?
Thanks.
Hotel extension prices are current for bookings placed now. Prices for hotel accommodations will only go up during the Yellowstone season. We suggest you book the hotel before they are sold out or before the prices rise.
You are welcome to end your tour in Las Vegas. Please comment this request when booking online. We can offer hotel extensions in Las Vegas. Please reply to this e-mail with the tour code, the start date of your tour, number of passengers, and the hotel extension dates needed, so that we can provide to you a hotel price quote.

why the 3 people price is 1416 for this tour, isn't it supposed to be buy 2 get 1 free?
and for another tour (http://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-yellowstone-skywalk-west-grand-canyon-tour-a.html) it is indeed by 2 get 1 free because 3 people price is 896.
Could you please confirm and explain why?
Thanks.
First, buy 2 get 1 free policy is for 3 or 4 passengers staying in one room. Second, under the policy, the price for two persons joining the tour is nearly the same with that for three persons joining the tour. However, the third free person should also pay the applicable additional fees. For tour 5-4472, there exists an applicable additional fee in the amount of $190.00, so the price for three persons joining the tour is $1,226.00=$1,036.00+$190.00. However for 2-117, there exists no additional fee for the third free person, so the price for two persons is exactly the same with that for three persons. You can check more details about the price by clicking “Pricing”.

Hi, Please advise the following:
1. I'm very interested in booking this 3 Day tour [#5-2269]for myself and my son on June 19, 2011. I've read all the reviews and found one mentioned about the tour will make a stop at the Hoover Dam. Will it really? 'cuz my son really wanted to visit Hoover Dam, too. Just how long will we stay there?
2. If we book the optional helicopter & boat ride, will we be missing out on other things which other people who didn't choose to go be doing ?
3. I read from the review that the time we will arrive at the west rim is about 5-6 p.m on the first day. Does that give us enough time to do the helicopter & boat ride, which is about how long? Since we want to catch the sunset, too. Will we miss it if we do the H & B rides?
4. Please also advise about what time will we return to L.A. at the pick up location: Best Western Executive Inn: 18880 E.Gale Ave., Rowland Hts, CA 91748
5. We are also planning on joining another two tours: 6/22, #5-189 [3day tour SF & Yosemeti] and 6/25, #85-2936 [8 Day Tour to Yellowstone & Mt. Rushmore]. All three tours we plan to be picked up at the Best Western Executive Inn, 18880 E.Gale Ave., Rowland Hts. Can you please also advise the approx. return time to that hotel for tour #5-189 and tour #85-2936?
6. Can you please advise what's the temp. will be in the Grand Canyon, as well as the Yosemeti, Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore? What's the normal highest and lowest? ...Would a windbreaker be sufficent??
7. When I book those three tours can I state at the comment that my son and I need to be seated together?
8. I'm also interested in booking a One Day Grand Los Angeles Tour on 6/18. However, I might not be able to do so until 6/17. Is it ok for me to book it by phone then?
Please advise ASAP and tks much for your prompt assistance!
Best regards,
Ruth
1. The hoover dam stop is only for a brief photo stop. The stop is not guaranteed. There has been a hoover Dam bypass bridge created since Oct 2010. All normal vehicles must now use the bypass bridge and there are no more guaranteed stops at hoover dam. If there is enough time, the guide may stop at the hoover dam, however; this is dependent on the whether there is enough time for such a stop.
Generally, the hoover dam visit is now limited to a drive by on the bridge.
2. No, you will not be missing out on other things. People who do not take the optional tours simply tour the grounds and the visitor's center.
3. Generally if the Grand Canyon is the first stop, then the core Grand Canyon tour is conducted the next day. It will not be conducted on the first day.
4. You will reach back to LA at around 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Please ask your tour guide on the return date for a better estimated time.
5. The general return time is always 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. We cannot predict weather conditions or traffic for your dates, so; please ask your tour guide on the day for a better estimate.
6. Please go to weather.com for a better weather forecast on your departure dates. I suggest you check a week before your planned departure: www.weather.com
7. We always try to put people on the same booking together.
8. No, you cannot book a tour 1-day before the departure date. Please book and plan for the tours ahead of time.
