The Tour is not confirmed until you made a full payment of the trip and you receive your confirmation and E tickets via email.
For this 7 day tour, I would not be worried about insufficient passengers. I would be more worried about there being too many tourists wanting to take this tour and all the seats being sold out.
Thank you for answering previous one. So, I would like to drop off at Chinatown building in Downtown LA. Please tell me the estimated arrival time so that I can book the greyhound tickets.
And I need to book a hotel on Friday night before the tour starts on Saturday. Please let me know the hotel quotations (preferably one of the pick up hotels) and the air port pick up service fee to get to the hotel on Friday night. Please send to my email if this is sensitive issue to answer here.
Cindy, your answer is different from what I got two days ago. Who is right?
Correct. The pick up locations in LA are the available drop off locations. If you need a greyhound terminal, you will have to find a location that is most suitable for your needs.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Jinju:
At the end of the tour everyone will get dropped off at the airport.
You will arrive at the airport at around 8:30 pm.
If u would like a pre tour hotel extension, please note that in the comment section when booking your tour so we can provide you with proper quotation on the hotel extension and the airport transfer.
Hi Danny, tks for your info. I do know that we need to meet at 3 different places for the 3 tours I'm interested in .
The one tour you suggested: the 7 day SF, Yosemeti, Grand Canyon tour isn't good for us 'cuz the first day is to be picked up at LAX and stay in a hotel while we don't need those. So we actually ended up paying more if we are to book this one.
The other two 7 day tours to Yellowston aren't what we wanted either, 'cuz one doesn't go to Mt. Rushmore, and the other one's review I read, the hotels aren't as good....
In any case, tks much for all your suggestions.
Please if you can answer the following questions for me:
1. I will be traveling with my 12 yr old son. The three tours we plan to go for will be the following:
6/19-6/21[#2-351: Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam & Las Vegas];
6/22-6/24[#5-189: SF & Yosemeti];
6/25-7/2[#85-2936: Yellowstone & Mt.Rushmore]
Do you think we will be too tired, exhausted from them? They are one after another one...
2. Can you please tell me exactly which morning meet up location I should pick for each above tours' ? Of course I need the closest one from my relative's home. I know each tour is different, and when I look at those lists, I do not know which to pick....
3. Can you please also tell me just about how much time it's needed from my relative's home to each of the pick up location?
[Again, my relative lives at Diamond Bar, CA 91765]
Please reply ASAP!
Tks so much!!
Best regards,
Ruth
1. It is up to you to decide if you are going to be tired to take the next tour.
2. We cannot suggest a tour closest to your relatives home. All three tours are on different routes and offer different pick up locations. You can use the pick up location locator to check which pick up locations are closer to your relatives home.
3. If you would like to take all three tours I would suggest you check on this location: Best Western Executive Inn, 18880 Gale Ave Rowland Height for all three tours. Make sure you have the proper transportation and accommodations to take all three tours.
i suppose the price is base on double occupany, if i am traveling alone, must i pay for 2 or u will find other single traveler to stay in the room.
if there any speical price if i require a single room?
Correct. The listed price is double occupancy price. If you are a single traveler, you must pay the single supplement rate which is about 1.5 of the tour cost.
where is the drop off location choices except LAX in LA?
Is it the same as the pick up location choices?
I probably need to drop off near the greyhoun terminal to go to San Diego that night.
Correct. The pick up locations in LA are the available drop off locations. If you need a greyhound terminal, you will have to find a location that is most suitable for your needs.
I'm interested in booking Tours: 2-351, 5-189 and 85-2936 in June. My relative will take me to your morning meet up place for these three tours. However, I'm not sure which meet up place is closest to his home for all three tours. Can you please advise? He lives in Diamond Bar, CA 91765
If you need the actual address, I'll email it to you instead. Please tell me your email a/c.
Tks much!!
The first 7-day Grand Canyon and San Francisco tour should be able to drop off at the Holiday Inn Select La Mirada if extensions are booked for the La Mirada hotel through us. We will have to reconfirm this request, so; please mention the drop off at the Holiday Inn Select in the comment's section when you book this two tours.
Hello,
I am interested to book the ticket for this trip. I am planning to go with 2 other people, how many room do we get? Also, can I still book for May 29th?
Thanks
The number of rooms you receive depends on the number of rooms you sign up for. Each of our rooms are default double bed rooms. Meaning there are two queen sized or full sized beds.
You can book 1 room and have at most 4 people stay in that 1 room.
This tour operates every Saturday. You will have to book for May 28th.
This tour sounds great! My wife and I are very interested in this one. My question is when traveling on the tour are we traveling in a motorcoach bus with bathroom facilities if needed?
