When I booked this tour and get confirmation, then I booked the flight myself. Is it possible that the tour may get cancelled, then I cannot get refund for my flight ticket?
If you book your flights before your tour is confirmed, you might not have a tour.
Please always book your flights after you receive the confirmation for your tour. We will send you the official confirmation letter and we will let you know when you would need to book your flight and submit your flight information.

I am in the DFW area and would like to see more yellowstone and stay in the park. Is this the right tour? I also like the Tour Code
2-117 including skywalk, but find the LA pick up location difficult to find. Please advise.
Yes, this tour stays in the Yellow stone National park in the Canyon lodge for one night. West Rim Grand Canyon is offered starting from LA or Las Vegas.
Can you provide the details on Day 1?
We are supposed to meet up at the fountain in Denver airport baggage claim by 11:30am.
Would we be taking back to the hotel to check in first or does the sight-seeing start right away around Noon?
If it's not time to go the hotel yet, around what time the Day 1 tour would end and when we would be checking in later that evening? When would be dinner time break?
Correct. You will need to meet the tour guide at the fountain outside DEN baggage claim area by 11:30 a.m. You will have a tour for the first day for this particular trip. The check into the hotel will be later on in the afternoon. You will be able to take your luggage on the tour bus with you.
Dinner times are generally 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. daily. This is dependent on the tour schedule and tour guide for your particular tour date.
Yes, the bus has a restroom, however; the rest room is for emergency use only. We stop every 1 - 2 hours for a rest stop. You should use the rest room then.
The tour guide arranges the lunch and dinners. Generally at fast food stops, food courts, or restaurants along the tour path.
Before we book this tour 2-121, I'd like to make sure that when we tour the Yellowstone National Park, we will go see Old Faithful and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. To me, this will be the highlight of my trip and I would be dissappointed if we do not see these two. Thanks.
The tour does make stops at Old Faithful to try and see an eruption of water. The tour also tries to stop for 1 - 2 hours at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone to view the coloration of the rocks.
1. The 'Buy 2 Get 1 free' is it really like adding a 3rd guess without any extra charges for hotel room, bus places etc. ie. like 3 persons travel with the price of 2?
2. What happens if 3 persons are reserved and the 3rd guess cannot make in the last minute?
1. Yes, so if you have 3 people sharing 1 room, then the 3rd person's tour price is free. However, for some tours that may include additional admission fees in the tour price, then the 3rd free person will have to cover the additional ticket fees.
2. If you tell use a week before the tour that the 3rd person cannot attend the tour, then there will be a minimum penalty order amendment fee of $30. If you do not tell us the 3rd free spot is not attending the tour, then a "no show" fee will apply. The no show fee will be charged to the remaining people attending the tour and will be different per tour.
