Hi,
I will plan to arrive to Denver by train around 7am. What is the best way and how long does it take to go from downtown train station to meet the group at the airport's fountain?
What time we can start checking in at the hotel?
Also, are food, snacks and beverages allowed on the bus since we will be traveling with kids?
Thanks
For the transportation from your train station to the airport, you will have to find a route that is most suitable for your situation. We will not be able to suggest you the route that is most suitable for your case.
The official available check in at the hotel is around 2-3 p.m. If you are at the hotel early, we can try to check you in early, however; you may have to wait for the check in if the hotel room is not available.
Food, snacks, and beverages are allowed so long as they do not make a mess. You can carry on a medium sized back pack for portable entertainment systems or other such entertainment items for your children. We stop every 1-2 hours for a rest room break and rest.
I have noticed in the Q and A section that there is mention of extra tours that we can take on the tour. Is it possible for you to list them for me so I can see how many there is and the prices so I can plan on how much extra money I will need to have? Thank you
Package Includes * Complimentary airport pick-up at 11:30am and drop-off * 6-night hotel accommodations * Admission to above-mentioned national park(s) * Ground transportation in air-conditioned deluxe tour coach * Professional tour escort
Package Excludes * Airfares or related transportation between your home and Denver airport * All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges * Optional tour (Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office.): -Glenwood Hot Spring ($17.00/person) -Great Salt Lake -Bingham Canyon Copper Mine -Crazy Horse - Bear Country (The last four optional tours total $40/person, this is the fee you must pay on tour, the tour guide will collect the fee on the first day.) * Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $7.00/day per person)
For this particular tour, the only optional tour is the Glen wood hot springs. You can choose whether or not you would like to take this tour.
For the last 4 optional tours: Great Salt Lake, Bingham Canyon Copper Mine, Crazy Horse, Bear Country; the mandatory $40 / person to pay for these 4 tours must be paid for in cash and is no longer optional.
We will have to reconfirm the tour schedule for you to check if this is possible. Generally for this tour, you should be able to do so, however; if you opt out early for Las Vegas, you will forfeit the Ethel M Chocolate factory, botantical cactus gardens, and outlet segment of the tour.
Im interested in this tour. I have checked out the airlines and our flight would be coming into Denver at 10:45am. Is this enough time to be at the fountain to meet the tour guide?
We cannot guarantee you will make the tour bus's departure on time, however; you should have enough time to meet the tour guide by 11:30 a.m. if you are flying in at 10:45 a.m. However, this is dependent on whether or not your flight will be late and how long it takes you to pick up your luggage. We always suggest you buy travel insurance to cover any damages caused by flight delays or other such delays. Also, we can always book you hotel extensions if you are willing to fly in one day before a tour's departure. This will ensure you are able to make a tour.
•For the Optional tours:
-Glenwood Hot Spring ($17.00/person)
-Great Salt Lake
-Bingham Canyon Copper Mine
-Crazy Horse
- Bear Country
if some tour members elect not to go on these optional tours, where would they be doing during this time while other travelers are on the tour?
It is highly recommended that travelers take all the optional tours available, as they are priced very reasonably, and there will not be much else to do if the travelers opt not to take the tour but wait sightsee on your own, take pictures, or shop for souvenirs whilst waiting for other travelers to complete their tours.

Since the meals are not included in the package, are there restaurants conveniently located at and/or nearby the hotels where we would be staying? How are lunch breaks handled when we go from place to place, especially on days 4 and 5? Are there diners inside Yellowstone Park that the bus plans to stop during lunch hour?
Not all the hotels will have restaurants located in the immediate vicinity of the properties, but the guide will arrange stops for all the meals for the travelers. Thank you for your inquiry. There are cafeterias and restaurants at the different lodges/ hotels inside of Yellowstone Park where your guide will assign the meal stops at.

With the price of airline tickets so expensive my husband and I were planning on driving to Denver to meet the tour. Is it possible to do that and could we leave our car in the hotel parking lot until we return from the tour?
There is not place to leave your cars for 7 days. You will have to find your own parking structure that can meet your needs, however; we do not recommend doing so.
If there is enough time, the tour guide may opt to have a small stop at the Hoover Dam for 15 minute or so. However, because of the completion of the new bypass bridge, regular traffic is not allowed to stop on the actual hoover dam and the bypass bridge itself does not have any stops.
Hi,
My husband and I are considering in taking a tour leaving from San Francisco (ref. 6-192) or another that it's leaving from Las Vegas (ref. 5-4516). We are from Spain and we would like to join an English-Spanish or just English speaking group. The dates would be on July or September. Is this possible?
Thank you for your attention,
Irene
The tour you are proposing us may be a great fit for you and your husband. Now, this tour is available for the months of July and September so if you are interested in booking for these dates, there shouldn't be any inconvenience in that.
Now, This tour is conducted in English and Chinese only. The Spanish tour packages that we offer on the West Coast do not depart from San francisco and you will have to meet with the group in Los Angeles to join a Spanish tour. To see the west coast Spanish tour, please select the link below for more information:
Now, we do have other 1 day tours that might interests you in San Frnacisco which are conducted in Spanish and are found on our Spanish website. Check them out if you are interested in them.
