Hi Vtps:

For customers departing from Los Angeles, please arrange your flight after 9:30pm(Domestic Flight), after 10:30pm(International Flight). You will be able to catch your flight at 23:30PM if departing on last day.
This tour will end with a transfer to LAX airport so we can definitely drop you off at LAX.

Hi Lalaine:

Yes, all of our tour buses are equipped with an emergency restroom. Keep in mind that the tour guide will be making stops every 2-3 hours for restroom breaks. You will be asked to use this time for restroom breaks as are buses are always full and so many guests cannot go at one time.

Thank you for your inquiry.

I forgot to ask one more question....are we allowed to bring a small/soft sided little ice chest on the bus?

Hi Denise,

A small ice chest is allowed on the tour bus, however if they are fairly large they will have to be stored under the bus compartment.

We also recommend that you book your tour 1 month prior to the departure date as seating is limited, and this tour is very popular!

My boyfriend and I are in the process of booking with your tour company. However, it is important to us to sleep in a queen or king size bed. Is there anyway to guarantee those room accommodations for us or are we left to sleep in double beds?

Q:
My family has 4 persons: 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 15. How does the buy-2-get-1-free apply? Since all the rooms have 2 queen beds (according to your answer to other people's questions), we only need one room for my family.

Hi Vincent:

Our buy 2 get 1 free is only for 3people shared one room.

You 4 people can also choose to share one room to save the cost, total cost is $1,263.00, it is much cheaper for you to book 2 rooms. There are 2 queen size beds in a double room, you can also ask the hotel to add one more sofa bed for you, there may be extra cost.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Does the price include meals or just hotel and transportation? How much extra "fun money" do you suggestion travelers bring?

Hi Stacy Freeman:

For meals we suggest customers bring around $10-15 per meal just in case. For souvenirs and other such purchases, I suggest to have at least and extra $200 - 400 per person in extra funds just in case you need anything.

Remember to check the pricing section for this tour to see what is included and excluded in the tour price: https://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-bus-tour-of-mt-rushmore-and-yellowstone-bus-tour/pricing/#h_pricing

Q:
After the 7 day tour is there a bus tour that we can sign up for to the Bryce National Park,,(1 or 2 night stay)? or is it recommended to drive? Is there a hotel/motel you would recommend. Do we need to go back to Salt Lake City to fly home or is there another airport?

Hi Lorraine wong:

We do not offer 1-2 day Bryce canyon stays. You will have to find a hotel that would match your needs if you wish to go back the Bryce Canyon.

We will take you back to Salt lake city for a flight from the Salt lake city airport. You can depart from the tour at any time, however; you will have to let the tour guide know and make sure you have your own accommodations and transportation.

Thank you for your inquiry.
