Q: Last question hopefully! For the 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' deal - when it comes to putting in our credit card details to pay, does it evenly charge all three of us (say, $312) or will the 1st 2 get charged $468 and the last person not have to pay? I may have found 2 companions, but we each are in different locations and do not know each other. Thanks again for the prompt answer when it comes. :)

PLEASE CHECK THIS ANSWER
You would split the 2 person price evenly amongst the 3 of you. So you would use the companion reservation system when booking this tour. The tour would be processed after all 3 of you pay your parts of the tour.

You would need to make sure the 3rd person is going before you book the tour. If you add a person after you book for 2, we might not have space available for the 3rd person. There will also be a amendment fee for adding another person. You would need to work the credit card charges amongst yourselves, usually we only authorize a hold until your ticket has been issued. Also remember, buy 2 get 1 free is applicable to 3 people sharing 1 room.

The first day of the tour is only for guests self check into hotel. It is fine as long as the checkin time is after 3pm. However, you please email or call us one day prior to the departure date to obtain the tour guide's cell and discuss with him/her the next day's meeting details and tour schedule.

Yes, you can choose to skip day one's Denver city tour and self check into the first night hotel after 3:00pm. However, there is no price reduction for not joining any part of the tour as it is a packaged one and can not be priced seperately.

There are plenty of seats still currently available for the August 4 departure, but please note that availability is always subject to change. By selecting the share room option, you can book for a number of travelers where each traveler would have to pay his/ her share of the total fare.

If you do find a Travel Companion for this tour, please use the Share Room option in order to pay for your tour separately. Q: Hello, I am interested in the trip in the middle of Augast and I have two questions: 1. For the package incluing airfare, may I ask when is the flight in Sat.? Is there specific flight setting out from California? or could I book the flight by myself? How about the fight retuning to California? 2. As I will go to US from overseas, I am worried that if the trip might be cancelled under some circumstances, such as fewer people. The way the travel companion works ensures that we do not complete the reservation unless all the travel companions pay for their share of the tour package price. If one of the travelers fail to make payment after a certain time for a travel companion booking, the reservation is canceled and we reverse all charges for the travelers that have completed their payments.
