Q: I would like to book my retired parents on this tour as a surprise for their 30th wedding anniversary. In reading the Q&A on this site I noticed that you have a lot of Chinese speaking customers and also Chinese tour guides. I understand that the tours are conducted in English as well as Chinese; however, my parents do not hear very well and it would be more difficult for them if their tour guide's first language was not English. However, we have seen more and more US domestics and prehaps foreigners to join in the tour in recent years. And we always have our best tour guide to lead this group. The restaurant will include a food court type of setting for lunch and during dinner time, the tour guide will more than likely take you to a buffet setting.
