Hi Elnora:
We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out. Tours that may show availablility online, can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hello... we would be coming from Australia and would like to visit these four National parks.... Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore and Grand Canyon, I would like to know what city we need to fly too, and what length of tours you run, and what the cost would be please
Regards
Halley
Hi Halley:
This tour starts from San Francisco and ends at Salt Lake city. And tour cost depends on the number of guests in your party and the number of rooms your party requests. You can please refer to the Pricing Column on the tour page to get more details about it.

Hi, I am actually quite confused about your tour dates. I see that there is a start date on Dec 30 2009 that ends on Jan 04 2010 but in your previous reply in 2008, you stated that this tour only operates between May and September.
My family will be in the states from mid December till early January so we were wondering if there is actually a tour from Dec 30 till Jan 04?
Could you confirm and advice us as we are booking our tickets soon?
Hi Peter:
For the Yellowstone tour package, it only departs May 22nd 2010-Sep 4th 2010 due to whether conditions in that area.

Hi Sook:
You can always try to find a travel companion for the tour by posting a request on the tour's details page right below the "calculate" and "book now" buttons. If you are unable to find another traveler, you have to book as a single. We can keep checking to see if we can reduce the rates for you by seeking out another traveler willing to do a roomshare, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find you a travel companion.
Thank you for your inquiry.

I am interested in the Mt Rushmore tour from Denver on 9/19/09, USDV2-120. There is a variation on the tour description online, one includes Devil's Tower and the other does not. Instead it has RMNP. Which is the correct itinerary? And is this tour still available for one single person?
Thanks!
Hi Modra Gaeta:
Yes, we still have few seats available for one person.
Yes, this tour includes Devil's Tower.

Hi Guangxin:
The tour ends in Las Vegas without any event scheduled for that day. You can self transfer out of the hotel to the LAS airport or simply continue to enjoy the Las Vegas Strip.

Hi,
I was looking at going on the 4 Day Yellowstone Tour from LA next April or May. Do you have any tour dates for this trip yet?
Also is there any opportunity to do water rafting in Yellowstone?
Thanks,
Lauren
1. Would the bus stops at the food places like subway or pizza hut so we can get some vegetarian food?
2. Would the bus stop at the food places which accept credit cards or we have to pay cash?
Hi Jayant Belsare:
For meals, the bus would stop at food courts, Asian restaurants and the like and most restaurants would offer reasonable vegetable only dishes. Some of the restaurants may accept credit cards, but we recommend you bring cash for your daily expenses for the tour.
Thank you for your inquiry.
