Hi Helle: Both of the tours can definitely be done where an upgrade for the Los Angeles hotels will be booked for the Comfort suites in Rosemead with a doubleroom, non-smoking. What we suggest is that you book the tour USLA2-121 for July 15 but you have to arrive in on July 14 to take advantage of the airport pickup and the hotel stay arranged before the tour departure on July 15. After the 7 Day tour, you can then book the 9 Day tour with tour code: USLA2-300 for July 21. The additional payable amounts aside from the tour package prices will be for a hotel extension for the night before the 7 day tour. The charge for the hotel extension would only be $96.00 for the one extra night and the booking would be for the Comfort Suites in Rosemead. Thank you for your inquiry, and please reply to this email or call us at 1-626-288-3667 should you require further assistance. Best regards Frank - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Hi I am very interested in doing the 6 day trip to Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone, from Denver. I am travelling on my own, but am happy to share a room with any other female travellers on their own - and hence, save some money - is this an option? thanks Michelle

Hi Michelle grootenboer: If you can provide us with the date you want to travel for, we can check to see if there are other travellers willing to share and wanting to book the tour for the same date. If we're able to find someone, we can try to lower the rates but we won't be able to get the rate down as low as a double as the room share will not be for every night of the tour. If we're unable to find someone willing to share, you would have to book at single prices to reserve space on the tour but we will keep looking to lower rates by finding a co-share traveller. Take note that we can't guarantee finding a co-share traveller for you for this tour. Thank you for your inquiry. Frank - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Hi Jean: Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that most Yellowstone tours operate annually between the months of May and September. January is not a popular month to visit the Yellowstone park, so rarely are there any tours at that time. The 6-Day Mt. Rushmore and Yellowstone Air Tour Package you've selected will operate in 2010 but in the month of August. If you are interested in January tours only, you may take a look at the following tours that goes to other national parks such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon for January. If you still wanted go to Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore, the best time to take our tour is between May and September. https://www.tours4fun.com/grand-canyon-via-sedona-and-navajo-reservation.html https://www.tours4fun.com/sedona-red-rock-adventure-/phoenix.html https://www.tours4fun.com/sedona-grand-canyon-overnight-2-days/1-night.html https://www.tours4fun.com/4-day-bryce-canyon---petrified-forest---lake-powell-sedona-tour.html For more tours, please see the links below: https://www.tours4fun.com/grand-canyon-west-rim-skywalk-tours/ https://www.tours4fun.com/grand-canyon-tours/ https://www.tours4fun.com/tours-search/start_date_ignore/1/keywords/sedona Sincerely, Al Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Hi David: There will be ample time to take your breakfast at the hotel before leaving out for your trips each day and enroute, you will have stops at food courts and restaurants for lunch. Generally, children fare well in long bus rides and they are able to enjoy the scenery along the way. Thank you for your inquiry. Frank - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Is it possible to combine the "Monument Valley air-ground tour" ref. USFS12-495 with another tour like the "7-Day Yellowstone, Skywalk, West Grand Canyon Tour A" from Los Angeles ref. USLA2-117 (instead of the cruise on Lake Powell maybe?), or with the tour "7 Days Yellowstone National Park, Southern Utah, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas Bus Tour A" ref. USSFO6-192 (which I think is less possible, but I already booked this tour and I don´t know if I could change it)?

Hi Cindy Koefer: These are pre-set tours. Therefore, package itinerary cannot be altered. However, we can help you add the Monument Valley air-ground tour before or after the tour to combine your tour packages this way. As for changing your tour, it depends on the departure date and availability of the tour. Please send us an email with subject title in reference to your current reservation number and let us know which tour and which date you would like to change it. Thank you for your inquiry. Hi Rhaldaman: The drive will stop at least twice a day. Usually, you will have breakfast at the hotel you've stay the night before. The driver will stop at various locations, which varies depending on time and availability of the kinds of restaurants, sometimes fast food places too. Thank you for your inquiry.
