Reading the conditions terms, you first speak about e-tickets and then tickets sales and shipping, what's the difference between both things? And if I'm ordering from France is the e-ticket enough or you have to deliver it to the address of the card holder too? You say that an e-ticket will be sent to us via email after you confirm our reservation, (which serves as a proof of purchase and boarding pass, then you say that "credit card ticket purchases will only be shipped and delivered to the billing address associated with the credit card that is used", will you send it by email or do we have to go pick the tickets up at the Office Pick-up?
Can you please clarify if only with the e-ticket we can get to the bus tour?
