My husband and I are interested in joining this trip 11day from Barcelona to Venice #683277, leaving on April 14, 2025, arriving in Venice on the 24th? My question is, we are having a cruise on the 24th starting from Marsielle Italy and we don't want to stressed out in leaving the same day from Venice to catch the cruise in Marsielle. Is there a way to leave the night before from Venice, since we are already there to catch a flight a night before which is on the 23rd instead of the 24th? And can you tell me what airport in Barcelona and Venice shoudl we be flying from? sometimes there are multiple airport in some countries. Please advise. Thank you -Connie & Robert

We will be 32 or 33 people, 30 students under 18, and 2 or 3 people in charge of the group. The idea is to split those numbers into 7 quadruple and 2 double rooms. Being a large group, I wondered if it would be possible to pick us up at the hotel in Manhattan or if we needed to go to one of the meeting points.
Besides for Washington D.C. In-depth Tour, is there any other tour fee that we need to be aware of? Do we have some free time to visit Washington on our own?

You can also self transfer to our first night hotel after check-out from Residence Inn By Marriot Hotel. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
After the tour on the 15th, we can drop-off at JFK International Airport. Please book flight after 19:00

To accommodate the 3 guests, you would need to book 2 rooms. Room 1 is for 2 guests and Room 2 is for the 3rd guest.
You will have an option to have the 2nd room exclusively or have it as a shared room with a same gender traveller for a lesser rate.
