It means free pickup for finishing check out and standing at the gate before 22:00. (The free pickup service is based on the seat availability, first come first serve. So it is possible that you need to wait a little bit long during high season.) From Jan 1st, 2024: Free pickup provides on the first day of your tour between 10:00 am and 22:00 pm.
