Hello, I`m Martin . Me and my girlfriend are planing to take this trip. Can you pick up us for the begining of the trip from Union Station (Los Angeles). We will travel with a bus from Las Vegas to LA with "Megabus.com". We arrived at 5:40 am at 11th of September 2014. So ,please tell me: Can you pick up us from this bus station in LA. And what time is it possible to happen. Thank you ! :))

Dear Martin Yovchev, The tour offers pickup from our given locations only, you have to self-transfer to your selected pickup point to join the tour, if you miss the pickup, there will be no refund. I want to know the last day after we visiting the Yosimite and preparing to come back LA. Will we pass through Sacremento or the cities near by Sacremento? I DONoT Want to come back LA but get off at Sacremento to continue the next touring.Can i?

Is the price of $612 per person includes tax? Also when making a reservation, what is the down payment? Can I pay on an installment basis? With regards to the attractions, when is payment required...before or on the day of the tour? Please elaborate? Thanks.

Dear Efren, Yes, the total price per person is $612.00 based on double occupancy. You may submit partial payments but as we will not process your reservation until FULL payment has been received, paying partial amounts for the tour reservation is not advisable. we are traveling in a group of 6 4 adults and 2 childrent 10 and 12 , are we paying for 4 right and there is no additional charge for the kids if they stay with the parents in the room? what about meal stops do the tour ppl have specific places where there is different kind of food vendors? are we alowed to bring any food with us in the bus and is there any food or snack provided? thank you

Dear angela, The lowest priced option is for you to book two room, and each room will have 2 adults and 1 child, so that you can enjoy the buy 2 get 1 free discount. The total for 6 people will be $792.00. Note that each room will include 2 double beds. We often have lunch and dinner in fast food restaurants, food courts, buffet restaurants or International dining restaurants. Lunch time will be shorter than dinner. Time for lunch and dinner varies from 45 minutes to 1 hour or longer, depending on where we stay for the meal, the arrangements are made by the tour guide. The cost of each meal depends on what type of food you choose to purchase. There will not be any food or snacks provided on the bus, but you can bring some with you. Hello, we are 3 girls who'd like to do this tour and we have some questions. 1. To get the "buy 2 get 1 free", should we choose 2 adults or 3 adults? I mean that if we choose 2 adults, will the 3rd one gonna be free or do we have to choose 3 adults? 2. Do hotels include any kind of food like breakfast lunch or dinner for free? Thank you!

Dear Nazli, 1. For the buy 2 get 1 free promotion, you will still choose 3 adults, and all of them will stay in one room. We will only charge you the price for double occupancy. 2. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included in the tour package, but the tour guide will arrange meal stops at restaurants, and you will purchase the food on your own cost. Dear Gino, The currency rate is constantly changing, we suggest speaking with your bank on the current rate. Yes, you may participate in all of the optional excursions offered. Should customers decide to opt out of the optional tours the tour guide will provide guest with the meeting time and location. The allotted time will be "free time". Hotels are booked based on availability but will be 3 star hotels. We cannot guarantee that each hotel will have a restaurant available.
