Q: After paying full amount, it states that it is only a reservation, we will need final confirmation to be emailed within 1 to 2 business days...what if date we booked is full or not running? And we cannot change our date. Will our full payment be refunded fully without any deductions since the trip not pushing thru or not avail is not our fault?

I'm an airline staff so not sure if i will get on the flight as i dont have a confirm date to fly. If i get on the flight it will be at 12 to 14 hours notice. If i book the tour how do i know the hotel & tour will be confirmed on arriving. Is it possible for me to call when in Dubai that i got on the flight.
