Q: Dear B.A.Customer service team Ok I and my two friends decided to book "Canadian Rocky Mountain 6 days tour (code : AA-RMT6D(V)) but I have anymore questions to ask you as follow :- 1. I want to confirm all of us will start tour on 12/04/08 sure? Because your field "please select departure date" don't have dd 12-APR-2008 2. If I book your tour on 12/04/08 I'm at Vancouver already (I arrive until 09/04/08) where I and my frieds meet your tour? or you will pick up all of us at the hotel? 3. In tour itinerary at DAY 3 in the evening we can choose to stay at Calgery or Banff yes or no? - If yes when we stay at Banff in the morning at Day 4 How we operate to tour group? - How many costs we must pay for this option (stay at Banff)? 4. About meals (10 meals), we have only one choice to pay on tour or depend on us to manage by ourselves? 5. About optional tours total $72.00 all include Snowcoach, Gondola and National parks yes or no? Please clearify. PS : In fact, We are Asian but all of us cannot speak and listen Chinese language please make sure along 6 days your tour will be conducted with English language although mostly Chinese accept all of us (three persons not Chinese) **SPECIAL QUESTION : IF I CHANGE TO TOUR CODE : AA-RMV7D(V) I CAN START TOUR ON 11/04/08 AND END TOUR ON 17/04/08 ** Looking forward to your reply. 2008-03-25 11:44:12 Hi Unnika: 1. You may select 04/14/08 departure but add comment on check out page to book 04/12/08 tour. You may also book AA-RMV7D(V) which starts on 04/11/08 and ends on 04/17/08. We currently have about 10 seats left. Please make online reservation ASAP. 2. You may meet tour guide at airport or self-transfer to hotel. We normally arrange Hampton Inn or similar hotel for the first night but we cannot confirm hotel address until we confirm your reservaton. If you let us know your preference about meet up arrangement, we will provide details when we confirm your reservation. Please add comment when you book the tour online as well. 3. Yes, you can upgrade your stay to Banff or Lake Louise. As we are not sure which tour you will book, we cannot tell you the price for upgrade. If you make a note of it, we can tell you the prices when we confirm your reservation. Due to risk of running out of vacancy, we strongly recommend you make online reservation first. 4. You do not have to book the meal package but it is recommended. A very popular western buffet included in the meal package usually requires advance reservation. If you wish to include meal package, please make a note. 5. Yes optional tours totalled at $72.00 include Snowcoach, Gondola and National Parks. 6.
