Dear Jessica, When you book your tour for 2 passengers, you will have an opportunity to request to share the room with 2 other passengers on the tour. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive this request to share a room throughout the tour. Please carefully consider the possibility and cost of not being able to share a room with others, before booking your tour. For this tour, you will arrive in New York City at sunset (after 5:00pm) Thank you very much for your interest in Tours4Fun Best Regards, Julia Customer Service Rep www.tours4fun.com

Q:
My daughter, 13 years old, and I would like to join the bus tour to Grand Canyon for three days before I go back to my home country for good. We have one problem-huge luggage. We have four baggage, one of which weighs 50 pounds, and two carry-on baggage which weigh 15 pounds respectively. I was wondering if you can load the baggage on the bus with us while traveling. If possible, is there any extra fee for the heavy baggage?

Dear Sue Cho, The tour coach buses have large separate luggage compartments for our passengers. Your 4 pieces luggage and 2 carry-on, regardless of weight, should not be a problem. You may bring your luggage and book your tour with confidence. We hope to see your reservation soon. Thank you, Julia Customer Service Rep www.tours4fun.com

Hi, Renato, we do not pick up customers from hotels in Hollywood for 7-Day Mt. Rushmore & Yellowstone Bus Tour A. Chinatown, Los Angeles is the closest pickup location to Santa Monica. You may need to do a little traveling from Santa Monica to reach Chinatown on morning of tour departure date. Thank you for your inquiry. -B.A. Customer Service Team www.tours4fun.com

Hello, We are two adults from Vancouver and are interested on your 7 day Rushmore and Yellowstone national park tour departing from Denver on June 7th We have the following questions 1. According to your itinerary , the Denver city tour starts on the first day . What time will the city tour commences? If we were to arrive at around 5 pm, will we be in time for the city tour? What if we arrive one day before the tour ie 6th of June, will we be picked up from the airport to the hotel? ( we will pay for an extra night staying in the hotel at own own expense?) 2. On the last day of the itinerary ie on the 13th , I understand that we will only be arriving at Denver in the afternoon . Our flight depart Denver for Vancouver around 5 .20pm , will we be in time for the flight? Thank you Paul

Dear Paul, Due to the city tour commencing in the earlier part of the day, it would be best if you can arrive in Denver a day before the tour so that you will not miss the 1st day of the tour itinerary. Should you need airport to hotel drop-off, there is airport shuttle transportation to nearby hotels. We do recommend that you stay at a hotel nearby the airport because you will need to shuttle back to the airport to meet with your tour guide at the baggage claim. We also recommend that for your flight departure to be after 5:30 pm due to possible traffic or other delays, therefore we cannot guarantee that you will make it onto your flight if you depart at 5:20 pm. Thank you very much for your interest in Tours4Fun. Best Regards, Julia
