Q: Hi, I'd like to join the 8 day New East Coast Tour (code NYPAR-EC8D(P)). Anyway, i'm flying in EWR on sept 17th and leaving sept 27th. I understand that there's a tour starting every wednesday which would work for my schedule but i would need accomodation in new york city from 24/Sept/08 up till 27/Sept/08. Q: thanks for you info on 7day tour, we are now considering 8 day tour so we can be picked up from airport. Since tours start on wed and sat does that mean to be picked up you have to fly in on wed or sat? we are due to arrive at lunchtime on Aug 5th tue. So originally we were going to do the 7 day tour that leaves on thu 7th and spend a day free to explore city. if we do the 8 day tour that leaves wed 6th will the tour still pick us up? or do we have to fly in on Wed 6th? do we still book a nights accommodation on tuesday night? thanks so much for your help we appreciate it. 2008-02-25 19:14:16 Hello Jennie, Yes ofcourse if the tour starts on wednesday, You have to fly on wednesday.If you choose the 8 day tour, then our pick up starts on 6th Aug.But if you arrive on 5th Aug, then we have to book a hotel for that night.And on the next day you can join our tour as normal.we recommend you to book the Flushing International, Flushing, NY which will be less cost.Thank you.-M.A7-Day Bus Tour to Mt. 2008-02-23 07:04:51 Hi thanks Mike, we are due to fly in on tuesday 5th august 08 at lunchtime and flying out on friday 15th august at 7.20am. 7 day tour starts on thursday, and 8 day tour starts on wednesday so both days arent suitable for pick up from airport are they? also because after both trips we will still be in new york 2 days we cant be dropped off at airport either? so are we best to purchase accommodation through you for the before and after nights. since the airport transfers arent going to be much help to us as part of the tour, can the hotel we stay at trhough yourselves book us a transfer or is it easy enough to get to airport? Q: Hello. I am looking at doing the 3 Days Toronto and Niagara Falls tour. As i would have been travelling around for a few months prior to this tour im concerned about the amount of luggage i will have. Im assuming by this point i would have one large backpackers type bag, probably 30 inches by 15 inches, weighing approx 55lbs.... can i take this on the bus? (ie enough storage space under the bus).
