3-Day Grand Canyon & Las Vegas-TWO NIGHTS IN VEGAS

Q:
We are interested in taking your tour in late June. However, we would like to stay at a 4 star hotel in Las Vegas? Do you have any discount prices if we were to stay at another hotel that is a 4 star hotel? Would we have to get ourselves to the Four Queens hotel in the morning for departure to the Grand Canyon, or would you pick us up at the other hotel? If upgrading to another hotel is not possible, how much would it be for us to just go with the tour , excluding hotel? Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately hotel upgrade is not an option for this tour, as it a bus packaged tour. Tour group departs at the same time in the morning. If you wish to book a different hotel, you will need to self –transfer to Four Queens in the morning to meet the tour group and self-transfer back to your hotel after the tour ends for the day. Your price will be the same as you see on this tour page as we sell it as a package even if you book a different on your own. Thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Q:
I have visited your site for tours, Tour Code : Par-EC6D-BOS. I need to get some clarifications if you can respond. 1. Pick up is from Boston - What if we are landing at New York, is there any arrangement for pick from there, we are interested in this tour code only. 2. We are 3 adults and 2 child (one 12 years and other 6 years), if we want to book one double and one triple bed is it possible, as you have mentioned that the third bed is subject to request at the time of check in? Or is it possible that we can request for a quadraple bed and request for one more bed for my six year old daughter?

Q1: If you are interested in this exact itinerary, you will have to arrange transportation from New York to Boston. We have a tour with a similar itinerary. For 5 people, you will need to book two rooms: one with double occupancy, one with triple occupancy. Thank you for your inquiry. Tours4Fun Maggie
