Q:
Is it possible for me to keep my luggage at LA airport for the 10 days of the tour since I will have 2-3 huge bags, which I definitely cannot lug around for the trip? Also, what about the food which is not inclusive? Where are the stops for lunch, dinner usually? Any fixed places? How do I go about the booking if required? Because sadly when I called your office number I wasnt given any information watsoever and was politely told to "please look up the website".

You do not need to book flight from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon or from Las Vegas to Los Angeles as it is a bus tour. The only flights you will need to book is flight from your hometown to Las Vegas on the first day to join the tour and flight from Los Angeles(LAX) to your hometown on the last day. We do not offer flight arrangement. Our guests normally book a tour online and then proceed with book air tickets on their own after they receive confirmation email from us within one to two business days. Two-night hotel accomodation at Las Vegas Club is included in the package for the first day and second day and on the third day bus will take guests to LA and tour Disneyland and Universal Studios on the fourth and fifth day. Tour will be concluded on day 5 after tour of Universal Studios.

Distance from EWR to Midtown, NY is about 16 miles. You may request room extension by adding comments when you book online stating the number of room and dates you need the room for.

Q:
Thanks for your reply to my inquiry. One of the problems I have seen in renting a car is that we are not familiarized with driving on snowy roads an that might be possible. Another factor is the possibility of higher hotel costs in the parks and a third one is that planning and looking for things might get time consuming and tiresome for us, I am sorry if I insist on information about guided tours. A friend of mine travelled with you last year and he was satisfied with your services. If you do not have anything that could suit us, could you please send me e-mail addresses of not very expensive hotels in the parks and car rentals in Jackson or in West Yellowstone?

Our tours are family oriented. People usually travel with their families or friends. We have toddlers as well as senior citizens on the bus. Therefore, age does vary. Majority of our guests are 30 to 60 years old.
