Yes, this tour package includes airport pick up and drop off.
We can book your hotel extension for you. However, there will be a drop off service fee as the complimentary transfer services are only available on the first day and last day of the tour.
Normally, we process bookings within 1-2 business days. If you will not receive any update from us, you can contact us for follow up.
Rest assured, we always update our customers about the status of their booking whether it's confirmed or not.

Yes, this tour has a Zurich Airport pick-up service. This is where you will be pick at the time of your arrival (the pick up time will depend on your arrival time). The waiting time for pick-up is up to 1 hour after flight arrival.

Hi! I'm interested in the "3-Day San Francisco + Yosemite Tour From Los Angeles; Product Code: 110" and plan to go on this trip on March 20, 2024. My group has 5 people total: (1 adult and 4 kids with ages from 9; 11; 13; and 15). My concern is that since my kids are still small, can you assist us in accommodating 1 family room so we can stay together? I see your policy is maximum 4 people in a room and each room requires at least 1 adult. Since only me as an adult, I can't add 2nd room without an adult. Is there a way to accommodate our issue? I hope you can help us book a family room so all 5 can stay in 1 room OR if no other choice but booking 2 rooms then can you accommodate the CONNECTED rooms?

This tour is operates every Monday on April, the dates would be 01, 08, 15, 22, and 29. For this tour the meeting point is in London.
Outside London pick up points: Transportation may be arranged by a private car, minibus or an alternative coach for your journey to and from London. On rare occasions, there may be up to an hour wait for a connecting transfer on the return.
