Day 01

Phoenix - Sedona

Hotel: Kings Ransom Inn / Sedona Arabella Hotel or similar

Departing from Phoenix, we'll travel through the Sonoran Desert and on to the magical Red Rocks of Sedona. After your first panoramic overlook, the rest of the afternoon will be yours to hike one of the many trails. Or join us for an optional jeep tour of the seductive backcountry (own expense).

Day 02

Sedona - Williams - Grand Canyon

Early this morning, depart for Williams and board the historic Grand Canyon Railroad for a ONE-WAY journey through time. Once you disembark from the train, you’ll be able to see your first breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon. One-Way Coach Tour is included. There is time to explore, enjoy outstanding Canyon views or shop in the local gift stores.

Tips:: At approximately 3:15, meet your guide to depart the Grand Canyon and return to Phoenix area, returning at approximately 8:00-9:00pm.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.

Our vans are designed for 12-14 passengers. We have limited space for luggage; any bags larger than 9x14x22 inches should be left at your hotel. One standard size suitcase and one carry-on bag per person ONLY. If you have a wheelchair or other equipment, please notify us at the time of booking so we may make the proper arrangements. Our maxi-vans are equipped with a cooler for small items such as medication and chilled beverages. For the comfort and safety of everyone on board, please limit your carry-on luggage to items that fit easily under the seat.
We want you to be as comfortable as possible. During the summer months, casual dress - shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes - is suggested on all tours. Keep in mind, however, that the Grand Canyon is 10-15 degrees cooler than Sedona, and 25-30 degrees cooler than Phoenix, so wear layered clothing and a snug pair of shoes in late autumn and winter.
To protect your own property, please carry all valuable items on your person at all times. Do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, restaurant, etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.
Cancellation Policy:
-If amendment is made within 9 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
-If amendment is made 10-15 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
-If amendment is made 16-24 days before departure date, 25% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Price for single occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.

*Price for double, triple, and quad occupancy applies when two, three, and four people stay in one standard hotel room, respectively.

*Triple and quad price does not guarantee a third or fourth bed in the room, but may be requested at check-in.

*Price for child applies when a 4-15 year-old stays in one standard room as a third or fourth person. No children under 4 years.

*Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adults and children/infants.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
