The trip was well-priced and accommodating for all traveling. I am giving a 4 star because the bus was having "issues" with a severe leak of fluid on the ground under the back of the bus. This delayed our return by almost 2 hours (stopping ..for refilling of fluids). Bus was not temperature controlled inside; never cool. We were lucky it was not a hot day. Would recommend.Read full review
The tour was a great experience but felt too rushed due to other tours that were scheduled at the same time. The tour guide was also a bit too pushy and could have been a bit more understanding as some of the tourists were older with limit..ed English.Read full review
The view is nice but the tour guide we got is not very nice. We even tipped her $40 at the beginning but she is definitely not worth it. Rush us all the time and won’t let us take pictures one by one. She said we have a lot of people and ..hard to control. If you don’t have that ability then shouldn’t have that many people in your tour.Read full review

Tour was awesome! Our guide was Ambrose, he was knowledgeable and super patient as my wife took TONS of photos. He would even take our phones and take the photos for us. We had a great experience
I had a really fantastic time on the 3 day National Parks Winter tour!! We visited Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Upper Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Zion National Park. Admist all the tour options, I was looking for one that would be.. authentic. They really delivered on that! Our tour guide Jon was very knowledgeable about our destinations, the history and he was full of great jokes and hilarious stories, which made the drives between each places enjoyable. We covered a lot of destinations in 3 days, and had a good amount of time at each to properly explore so I didn't feel rushed. One thing of the memorable things was the lunch spot they took us to after Monument Valley. We had a Navajo taco at a Navajo home. It was like walking into someone's home and eating their home cooked meals. Absolutely great, you can't get that kind of authentic experience anywhere else! These guys really know how to give you the authentic experience! Highly recommend exploring the red rock America with them!Read full review
Our tour guide, (Illyssa?) was excellent, informative and friendly. However, I believe the concept of getting there at least one hour early is poor, totally geared to YOU, not to the customer. So you can resell the tickets if someone is lat..e? There's not much to do there to kill an hour since it's not enough time to do Horseshoe Bend.Read full review
I arrived back in Vegas last night after being on the three day trip. It was truly a trip of a lifetime, the highlight for me being Monument Valley. It is a very special place. I have so many fantastic memories which I will treasure forever... Thank you to the team for putting together such an amazing tour. And a very special thank you to Chris our tour guide, who instantly put everyone at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and he consistently went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience.
