1. There’s no proper vegetarian option. We are being confused. I suggest You tell future vegan customers properly and factfully. We are vegan and are told there’s vegetarian options in advance. In fact, on the day of tour, we are upd..ated that there is either Chinese buffet or others. Others mean we had to find restaurants by ourselves when others are eating Chinese buffet during the 45min lunchtime.
2. Buffet have no refill of vegetables and we didn’t have enough vegetables before the lunchtime finished!!! There’s only 2-3 vegetarian dishes in the buffet restaurants. This happened many times. The worst case was in Ottawa. For 15-20 min, there’s no non-meat option and lunchtime was only 45min. We barely ate anything. Tour guide knew the kitchen is slow and could have let us pick vegetables first, before other 40 travellers took the vegetables but they are meat eaters.
2. I am demanding a refund worth of two meals because we barely ate anything and could have eaten a lot better.
3. The service fees, etc that we paid in cash on the bus worth CAD 232 per head for 29,30,31 Dec and another CAD 81 for 1 Jan. the total cash payment is more than the tour cost I paid online. This is very tricky and confusing. I wouldn’t have chosen your tour if I knew the total costs become so high. Plus, we are from HK, why could u expect us to bring so much cash when it’s a tour????
4. I knew you have written down all these costs in the lengthy Terms and conditions, why didn’t you give me a total cost payable in cash? In this case, I could have made a better decision - not joining your tour.
5. I am disappointed by Tours4fun and I considered not joining tours of you. You see in my profile that I joined Yellowstone park tour not once but twice. The reason was that I like the tour. But this time, the Toronto east tour has ruined my impression.
6. Tour guide Leo Yu is a very nice and considerate tour guide who is patient and professional. Driver Mr Ben lau has taken care of us and given us a safe trip. Other than these two gentlemen, I could think of nothing good about this trip.Read full review
There was some trouble when I want to reserve post-tour one day hotel room but getting a pre-tour hotel room. It needed a lot of communication before I can cancel my reservation. Everything is OK with the tour except the first tour guide wh..o preferred to talk privately with some people instead of a whole group. The hotels was nice. Overall the tour was very good with hotel accommodation, time spent in sightseeing and specially tour guides like Diego and Mariano starting from Prague to Amsterdam were enlightening and helpful to tourists.

It was a dream trip! We covered a lot of places and had a great time. The tour was very fast paced and hectic though, so definitely be physically fit to keep up with the group and do a lot of walking. Nonetheless, it was fun!
I was excited to go on this tour with my family; however, there were several issues. First, the additional fees such as meals, attraction fees, service fees etc. were not disclosed until we were on our way to the first tour. The additiona..l unexpected cost assessed to my family was over $1000. The tour company did not take debit or credit cards. In addition, the way the tour guide explained the additional costs as if they were mandatory. It was not until a passenger explained to me that the meals and attractions were OPTIONAL! Second, it seemed that the guides catered to a certain group of people on the buses even though there were various nationalities. It was also difficult to understand the tour guides as their accents were strong. Third, the meal plan did not offer passengers with special diets. I was disappointed.Read full review
