94% 3 day tour to 1000 island- Montreal-Quebec-Ottawa

The tour facility and itinerary was very good considering the cost and the time constraints. The tour guide,Peggy was very good and so was the driver.
Some feedback more for improvement-not as a complaint:
Bus seats could be improved w..ith armrest between the seats. Bottled drinking water may be provided in the bus. The The hotel accommodation was good but the hotel staff could be more congenial towards the tourists. The guests need not be coaxed to donate once again at St Josephs church when the so called donation was already collected( it is a religious place not commercial) and to tip the hotel room attendant(should be purely voluntary).
Overall nice package. Would definitely recommend to friends. Thanks.Read full review
100% Incredible views ... the only way to see Spirit Island besides paddling for 7 hours!

This boat cruise really is the only way in, unless you can paddle for seven hours. The lake is 14 miles long. Though you won't be going the full length, you will see Spirit Island both from the boat and from land. they dock for about 15 min..utes so that you can walk up to the famous Spirit Island viewpoint.
If you are driving from Jasper, give yourself plenty of time, as the service road to the boathouse is long and on busy days the going can be slow due to traffic.
The only thing I would change is the check-in process ... at the dock they are currently only accepting Pursuit vouchers with the bar code and departure time. If you don't have this you need to check-in up by the gift shop.
This is creating some confusion during boarding,Read full review
"Had a great time. Nice hotel near everything. Highlights were l'afishiste (sp?), a shop dealing in original posters. The archaeology museum, and the cathedral of course. We were surprised at how walkable the city is. We never took the metr..o and had no problems. Old Montreal is fun with narrow cobbled streets and a wide range of opportunities for food. Don't miss the archaeology museum which is built straddling the site of early European settlement. Walking through the historic dig was fascinating. I'll return to old Montreal next time in summer just to see the difference but would recommend winter as well."Read full review
"The scenery is so beautiful. The rooms of hotels are large and always clean. The whole staff is outstanding and friendly. For the tour guide, John showed great consideration and comcern for the welfare of his clients and made certain that ..we were made well aware of aimost everything during the trip. So we had a very wonderful East Canada Tour this time."Read full review

Well organized, worth the money, no wasted time, was able to see all in the itinerary list. Very punctual, driver an guide did a good job. Highly recommended
Ill be honest, I was expecting to be disappointed. But it turned out to be amazing. Everything was planned out well - very efficient. Buses and hotels were clean and adequate. And our tour guide Peggy was knowledgeable, well-organized and v..ery energetic. The whole trip was well-worth the price. It was a great 3-day tour and I will definitely take other trips with this company again.Read full review
We had a very pleasant trip with Carmen and Nick ( Driver).
The itinerary was very well planned but tight on schedule, so everyone has to play the game together to be on time.
Due to it's packed schedule, it's almost impossible to leave t..he pack and have your own lunch/dinner plan, so it's better to stick with the tour guide
1st day lunch is a simple buffet lunch at thousand islands and it was ok 3/5. Dinner was in a all-you-can-eat buffet in chinese restaurant in Montreal. 3.5/5
2nd Day - we had lunch in Quebec City, French Cuisine, dish was a bit cold when it was served but it's likely due to the fact they have to prepare for a group of 55 people- 2.5/5. Dinner was back in Montreal and it was a round table chinese style dinner- 2.5/5. Judging from the left over dishes by our caucasian friends, there's a lot of room for improvement.
3rd Day lunch was again Chinese style buffet, 3/5. Good to fill the tummy.
The price quoted was without the ticket/meals. Due to the tight schedule, you're encouraged to just follow the rest of people for every meals/attraction tickets, or else you'll left alone. So there's an additional $248 CAD on top of the basic amount you're paying.
* The breakfast was an apple, fruit juice and muffin x 2 days.
I think the last 2 museum was really rushed...Carmen tried her best to explain the colourful history of Canada but i think it just too much to cover in an hour.
The last 2 museum should just pick one and focus on it.
In the National Museum in Ottawa, you can take very nice photo of the back of parliament building.
Both the park and museum was really nice but we only had 1 hour. So we briefly walk tru the floors and spent 30 minutes outside taking photo .
Again nothing is perfect but i felt the tour worth the money spent and we really enjoy the trip.Read full review
The tour was good for a three day option. Wish we had more options with food that is more Canadian in theme. Ottawa and Montreal was a bit hurried, would have love to see the old city more.

picked up at our hotel and looked after the whole day with an excellent guide , although plane from Buffalo delayed for 5 hours on the way back our driver was there to pick us up at the airport to return us to our hotel . it was a trip of a.. life time so glad we did it , everyone else on the tour was at least 20 years younger than us but we managed to keep up.Read full review
