I was looking for an opportunity to visit Mt Rushmore, but from my city just the air fare was very expensive. So I kept looking for tours and found this one from Denver for a very reasonable price that included Mt Rushmore and several other.. parks (some of which I only knew by name). It was an incredible experience, the entire itinerary was enough to see all the beauty and mesmerizing landscapes and considering the distances and the amount of places we visited in the amount of time given it's truly an experience in itself. We spent a lot of hours on the bus, very long days, but that is expected whenever you are traveling to across the US.
The entire tour group kept up with the schedule which is very important for the entire experience to make sure we accomplish all the points in the itinerary which we did. Both the bus and the hotels were very comfortable. The tour guide Alan was very knowledgeable and made the best recommendations to make the best of this experience, both regarding the sites we visited, keeping the group on time, as well as organizing our breaks, stops, seat assignment, breakfast/lunch/dinner locations, grocery shopping, itinerary schedule, wake up calls, departure times. Pam the driver was incredible, it was a very smooth ride considering how much we spent on the road and always kept us safe and took care of a minor mechanical problem in less than an hour which allowed us to stay on schedule.
Overall it gave me the opportunity to see a lot of places that I wouldn't have had by myself given the distance and the need to drive to them. I've gotten great comments from friends and family who have seen the pictures and cannot believe these places are real and want to see them by themselves. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to see all these places in one tour, particularly Yellowstone and Arches National Parks were the main points (despite Mt Rushmore was my initial interest, these places were outstanding) where you can take amazing postcard-like pictures to keep the memories.
Thank you so much for your great service and attention, I went by myself yet I felt accompanied and taken care of all the time. I truly appreciate it and hope to join another tour soon.Read full review
I did both the 3 day National Parks and 7 day Yellowstone tours in September. I loved the Yellowstone tour, the scenery was amazing and our guide, Jen and made sure we got to see as much as possible. The highlights were Grand Teton national.. park, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and Mammoth Hot Springs. The national parks tour was also excellent, seeing the sunrise Monument Valley and exploring Antelope Canyon were the highlights on this one. I would definitely recommend both tours..Read full review
This was a fantastic tour - - fast paced, but covering so many high points in such a short time. Our guide Barry was informative, very helpful, and a lot of fun to be with. Our bus driver Pam was absolutely amazing, safely navigating us.. through a tremendous thunder and lightening storm. Both my husband and I had a wonderful time.Read full review
We have literally been around the world & taken many tours. Frank Chan is the BEST tour guide we have ever had. He's the greatest. We really enjoyed the tour & it surpassed our expectations.
Our tour guide Frank was awesome! His knowledge and patience with our large group was exemplary! We were a little apprehensive before the start knowing that the tour was being conducted in both English/Chinese. We we very happy that our ..group was about 50/50. Everyone got along and all were respectful getting in/out of the buses. The days were very long but we saw a lot! More than we could have done on our own schedule. The hotels were just OK. But since we were only there to sleep it didn't really matter. I've read some reviews that said they only ate Chinese food. We had Chinese only 1 night. A lot of fast food, but that allowed us to see all that we did! Kudos to our driver Rich for navigating those winding roads!Read full review
So many beautiful, impressive sites in only six days. Not much sleep, but the tour was fabulous. Our tour guide, Frank, managed the schedule well, had interesting narration, films, and music. The driver, Rich, made it easy to relax with ..confidence in his abilities. Hotels were clean and everyone was pleasant. Though from different countries, we bonded well with everyone on the tour and became genuine friends.Read full review
It was a very nice trip we have ever went to. We enjoyed every thing on the trip. The bus driver (Scott) was very friendly, the tour guide (Frank Cheng) was very "energetic" and knowledgeable young man .We are looking forward to traveling s..ome timeRead full review
The tour was great. One thing needs to be addressed was the beer company tour was cancelled due to the labor day. The company should be aware of the holiday and note in the itinerary. Otherwise it will be perfect.
We traveled to Wyoming for a family wedding and decided we wanted to see Yellowstone while we were there. We found this bus tour and couldn't believe how inexpensive it was for all the places it would take us. We booked it right away and ..then worried a bit because of some of the reviews. Not to worry! As long as the traveler understands that a lot of miles are covered, and the stops aren't lengthy, you'll be fine. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the breathtaking scenery. Our tour guide was Chinese born, but he was easy to understand, was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. We felt very secure with the driver who was good at spotting local wildlife and pointing it out. The hotels were nothing fancy, but were fine for the short amount of time we spent at each. As long as you do your homework, know what to expect, and don't plan to linger anywhere, we would highly recommend this tour. We'll have great memories of this trip for the rest of our lives.Read full review
We enjoyed the bus ride with Chester and Bob although we would have liked to visit the areas we stopped at for a little longer than the time allotted. Felt rushed at each site. We knew and expected the long bus rides in between the sites... We were also a little surprised to find it to be a bilingual tour as we signed up for the English one. Chester was great at keeping everyone informed along the way.Read full review

We were a big group of 31 from New Jersey...from the moment we were picked up at the airport until drop off time, we all had a blast. Even the kids didn't complain about getting up early in the morning, everyone is just excited on what's th..ere to see and explore that day. Our tour guide, Chester, was very entertaining, no dull moment when he's talking...and of course, our hats off for Captain Jim for giving us a smooth and safe ride the whole 6 days!!! Can't wait to book another one in the near future...Read full review
No complains for the tour. I was prepared for long bus ride and short stops at the parks.
Yellowstone is beautiful, so many interesting places worth seeing, it's worth to stay for couple days there along, but we were there only for one aft..ernoon & one morning.
Arches Nat'l Park has amazing & unique landscapes. Love it!
Mt. Rushmore is famous, I'm happy that I was there and seeing it in my own eyes.
Jackson Hole is a surprisingly lovely western small town filled with tourists.
The other stops were uneventful
The hotel arrangements are OK (we stayed at Ramada 3 out of 5 nights),
One thing to point out, the first airport meeting place is "Budget Car Rental" on the Fifth floor near "luggage claims". I knew it should be " Budget Car Rental", but I did go to the first floor, which was underground parking lots, to look for "Budget travel rental ". Please clarify it so no confusion for future travelers.Read full review
