I hadn't such a long time to visit Europe, this tour gave me opportunity to visit the heart of the continent for a good price, accommodations are good and motor coach is comfortable, I would recoment it with no doubt
Our tour is fantastic...enjoyed much...little bit a problem with the tour guide on our trip from Lucern to Paris the blue line...but we did enjoy ourselves.
The tour was fun and we love the tour from Frankfurt to Lucerne the green line....the guide Lex is so good n very informative...Lex knows how to entertained the group n to their needs...he is excellent to remind us in everything in regards ..to the very important things to do....very fun guide also...he keeps smiling unlike the blue line our guide Mr. Ho Chong is very much strict n arrogant at times...we ignore him...but later he became friendly to us after we had complained....we paid him to do his job....he should know how to handle people professionally despite u don't like it but they are customer....we saw Lex was mad at times but he dealt with it professionally and therefore those people should be that way...in my opinion.Read full review
We were anxious about booking this long trip for 14 days riding a coach and moving everyday, but it turned out to be the best decision for our EUROPE tour. Hitting 10 beautiful countries in 14 days, letting you see every bit of it's wonders... Our tour guide (FLORIAN) was indeed perfect in every single way. He makes sure that we are all fine, having fun and no one is left out. He is very knowledgeable and he did exceed our expectation. Looking forward to book another tour - targeting SPAIN to LONDON with FLORIAN as our guide! Worth every cent.
** Reservation process was fast
**Customer Service is reliable
**Accommodations are far from the central area but are big and comfortable with enough amenities
**Transportation was convenient, clean and just right
**Tour Guide/s: We had 2 since we had a long trip. Florian was outstanding while our 2nd guide - Sebastian was just SO SO.
**Tour Itinerary: If you want to see most of Europe in a limited time, then this is by far the best!Read full review
Everything was well arranged. Tour Managers, Choung HO and Sebastian Kondor were great. Made some good friends on this tour. Hotels in San Remo and Prague were very good, rest were satisfactory or below expectation. Some places like Salzbur..g, Rome, Budapest could have done with more time. Would be of great help if hotels with a Laundrettes are arranged. Also most hotels did not have an iron or ironing facilities, had to wrinkled clothes. The tour guide or facilitator should atleast make an effort to locate any person who fail to turn up at the designated pick up point bearing in mind that all are in a new place every day. Hoping that Tours4fun commence English tours for Spain, Portugal and Scandinavia. Cheers,, Wellington DiasRead full review
I really loved the itinerary! We visited all major attractions and had plenty of time to enjoy to ourselves. The hotels were great, yet they were far from the city most of the time. The tour guides could improve, but overall it was an amazi..ng experience. Met wonderful people on the tour. Had a great time and would definitely take another tour!Read full review
reservation - you must also take credit card for booking of the tour .transport - bus was comfortable but drivers dont allowed us to use bus toilet at all which should be allowed atleast in cases of emergency.tour guide - since the services.. are being provided by other firm goeurogo .com , as per that during first six days the your guide was excellent named florian but during next half the tour guide was not so good Ho choung. he was rude and also what he speaks was not so clear. accommodation - was the major issues in the tour during first half that is for six days it was good but accommodation starting from Milan onwards till complete italy was very bad , the breakfast was mentioned will be buffet but was not so in all hotels and hotels were far away from the cities . and also the hotels which you mention in your advertisement were never given , some time the tour guide is also not aware about the hotel location and it use to be a big surprise. for example the hotel n venice was completely away from city not even in the limits of municipal cooperation of that city. Therefore if you say venice you must define the limit of that city and hotels should be at least with in 5 km from the main city.tour itinerary - on the day for Switzerland , tour guide should not take people to liechtenstein , you waste a lot of time in that country and finally you hurry so much at mount titlis and waste about 85 euros for nothing , that was the biggest lost we had while reaching at mount titlis we just had one and a half hour with so much of rush at the top , so whenever your tour guide ask you to go this country just say no to it , its waste of money and time both. Plus at locations like prague some more time to be give fpr prague castle , similarly time should be given more at budapest , because it had so much to see , may be at some places you may give atleast two days halt and cover less distances and give more time to see a place , like you can cut time from nice and last day of tour and can increase one day in prague or budapest or may be in Switzerland .Read full review
60% Tour guide in the Blue Line (Lex) was horrible

Our tour guide in the Blue Line tour (Lex) was so horrible. He slurs whenever he talks about something and sometimes, he talks about something that is totally unrelated to the tour. He talks about what he likes about the area and all, which.. is not something we tourists want to hear. He was also not good in providing directions and help for us to be able to maximize our stay in a specific city. Most of the time, he just leaves us right in front of a square with nothing to do. He talks about the places for us to see WHILE we were on the bus, so it was very hard for us to get a picture of how far away the nearest tourist spot is. We basically have to figure it out for ourselves. There was also one time when he looked like he was having a very bad hangover and he was not able to get us more details of what we can do in Salzburg. This tour guide is very very impolite as well; he won't answer questions from the tourists and when he does, he was very sarcastic! I hated this tour guide.Read full review
