It's a amazing trip.we enjoy the view of Niagara Falls. And the tourguide of Eworld was so nice.she always talk to you with her sweet smile.I think We will come back next time!
This trip is obviously a budget tour, the old saying is you get what you pay for. Be prepared that if you do not want to do all the attractions you will be sitting around and waiting a lot of the time. If you do participate in everything th..ere is a cost of $210 per person plus your $24 per person service fee.
The bus was basic and the seats quite uncomfortable and the tour is definitely packaged towards the Chinese guests with dinner both nights organised at Chinese restaurants and on the night the only other food option close by was Indian. We stopped for 1 hour for dinner 20 minutes from our motel when there were a large variety of different eating options near the motel.
The first two days we were sitting at the front of the bus and there was plenty of leg room but the third day the tour guide reallocated seating and we were relocated to the back of the bus where there was no leg room at all (and I have short legs. The driver advised us that they had put the seats at the back of the bus closer so they could fit another row of seating in. There was also a vibration in the back of the bus that my husband described as either being a tyre out of round or a tyre out of balance. This vibration got worse the faster we went.
On the way home after a delay at US immigration as one of the passengers was refused entry back into the US we finally set off on our way. After about 5 minutes the window directly behind me (on the rear LHS of the bus near the toilet) blew open and my son was able to get it closed but the noise of the wind whistling through the gap and the cold air was terrible.
About 10 minutes later the rear window at the right hand side of the bus started to open. My husband tried to stop it but the handle was at the back of the window and it blew opened, this then caused the window behind me to open again. We told the driver to stop but he just kept driving, not only did he keep driving but he did not slow down. A few seconds later they got the window on the Right Hand Side closed but the window on the Left hand side blew totally off, even after this happened and the tour guide went down to the front of the bus and again told the driver to stop he continued driving for several kilometres before he pulled over.
After he inspected the bus he advised us he would have to drive to the next food stop (20 minutes away) and he would find something to tape it off to get us home because if we had to wait for another bus it would take 7 hours for it to get there.
It was freezing cold at the back of the bus with the window missing and I feel the attitude of the bus driver was disgusting, it does not matter where you are driving if there is an emergency which there obviously was, you can stop for a short time. Had he done that then the window would probably not have blown off.

I don't understand why there aren't more reviews, because I really enjoyed this tour. It was great! We were picked up by a nice shuttlebus driver, someone was waiting for us on the airport, our tourguide (Giuseppe) was very funny and enthus..iastic, the bus was very nice and clean, the busdriver (Melissa) was nice, we had a very luxurious lunch at the Sheraton Hotel.. And most important; we saw everything there was to see! We went on the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour, we saw the American and Canadian side of the Niagara Falls and more. We even went through Buffalo!
I could only recommend this.
The only thing I'll complain about is that the agency is hard to reach when you're reconfirming the reservation 24 hours before. Luckily someone from our hotel could help us out with that.
We really had a great day and if I had to choose again, I would choose this tour.Read full review
We took this trip during Christmas time and it was really cool, most of the people were Chinese but it didn't make any difference. Tour guide - Teresa was very nice. Hotels were amazing! Really good price.

An excellent tour all round. Our driver and tour guide were very helpful. Our guide, Kai Choo (hope I've spelled his name correctly) was very informative and gave us plenty of information to make the trip both informative and enjoyable. Wel..l done! Excellent value for money.Read full review
We enjoyed our tour very much, not only my family but also everybody who joined the tour. Everybody joined all the attractions except the Imax movie. But the rest we joined. Our guides namely Steven and Jackie together with our driver, they.. were very nice, organized. we were on time allways, we were on schedule. They r also very helpful. I suggest you join all the attractions, except the corning glass museum, imax movie and the CN tower. The hotels where we stayed are also nice, big and nice hotel. We stayed at Universal Inn at Niagara falls, and Quality hotel in Toronto. they were both nice. We are satisfied. An excellent tour!Read full review
This is an awesome tour. Everything was perfect. The hotels, bus and attractions.
You just need to plan on some extra money for the attractions.
I really enjoyed it

The itinerary is great, except the CN tower. You can skip this and the IMAX Theatre experience. The tour guide walks too fast not giving consideration to older people who are having a hard time catching up with her. We wasted a lot of time ..at the border patrol offices because of some people who do not have proper documentation. The tour company should check the documents before leaving for the tour. Altogether, no regrets at having joined this tour. My family had a great time except for these minor hiccups.Read full review
We have booked this tour as part of our 10 day trip to NYC and were satisfied with it.
On the first day of the tour it was a bit difficult finding the correct bus in Chinatown as there are countless tours with this and other companies.
..Behind a desk two Chinese people were advising the bus numbers for the respective tours but we were sent tot he wrong busses twice. When we finally got to our bus our tour guide Wendy greeted us with a loud "NO!" as the bus was almost full - except for the two of us. Everything was sorted quickly though and we got on the bus to commence our travels with 43 Chinese people and 9 none-Chinese people. We saw another bus with Indian people so I think they're trying to group you by ethnicity - maybe so you don't feel like a stranger?
The Chinese unfortunately kept to themselves so we only really had contact with the other 7 passengers. We ended up becoming very good friends with one of the couples and has made the trip be forever more memorable in my mind.
There is a lot of driving and you only have little time to enjoy at the attractions. I was trying to meet up with a friend from Toronto and ended up seeing her for about 10 minutes. But all in all the tour is great. If you do all the attractions it's quite pricey but we simply informed ourselves before the trip and did
- The Thousand Island Tour
- CN tower
- Skylon tower w/o lunch (I wouldn't recommend this attraction)
- Maid of the Mist
- Cave of the winds (definitely do this if you can! You're walking where the American Bridal Veil Falls come down into Niagara River. On the Hurricane Deck you're being showered by the Falls as the powerful Bridal Veil speeds down into the river )
only. That way we had a little bit more time while people were doing e.g. The Corning Glass Museum, the Niagara Imax etc.
The admissions purchased from Wendy weren't noticeably more expensive than the ones on-site. You were always in the Fast-Track and somebody else (your tour guide) is doing all the organising/queuing for you so I didn't mind those 2-5$ more.
This tour incluides a lot of driving, getting up early and very tight time lines - but you get a lot in return. Canada is simply beautiful and the Niagara Falls are worth visiting once in your life.
The hotels we stayed at were the Holiday Inn and Travelodge, the standards were very good but the hotels were far away from the city so you weren't able to go explore on your own at night. This is probably better as this tour is not for part animals due to getting up early and lots of travelling.
I don't know about the lunch/dinner organized by our tour guide as we never went on those. Due to the nature of the group they often went to Chinese buffets - but we wanted to explore the local cuisine and went wandering off on our own. I can recommend traditional Chinese buns in Toronto.
Our tour guide Wendy was charming, entertaining and absolutely wonderful! Everybody loved her - aside from two Russian passengers that were being incredibly rude and refused to pay the service fee. Aside from that the trip was really wonderful and Wendy (although I'm sure that wasn't her real name, just simplified from Chinese for stupid tourists) and our driver Jorge were just perfect! Jorge ("George" for stupid tourists) drove us safely over 1000 miles to all our locations and listened to a lot of Chinese chatting with an angel-like patience.
I'll definitiely check out tours4fun again when i go back to the States.Read full review
I went to the Falls when it was COLD. Everything was practically frozen! I thought it was kind of cool. Took lots of pictures. Avoid the gift shop if you can, it gets a little too crowded.
