Amazing trip to National Parks (Yellowstone & Grand Teton) in Montana/Wyoming! Each day, the guide made it possible to explore tens of incredible places in addition to the standard touristic spots, not forgetting to enjoy untouched flora an..d fauna and to spot wild animals. Camping was comfortable, a large variety of fresh food was proposed for breakfast/launch/dinner, sleeping bags kept warm even on relatively cold nights, driving was not exhausting due to many stops and the transport was suited well for a group of 12.Read full review
We had a fantastic 7 day trip to Yellowstone, Grand Tetons & Bryce. Our guide was informative and super friendly. The campsites had great views and overall, the trip was spectacular! Highly recommend!
This tour was perfect for our family - including our 2 adult kids (age 23 & 25). The group size is
good - no more than 14. Our guide Chris really made the trip ideal. He
was entertaining, knowledgeable, and courteous. He went out of his w..ay
to make sure each guest was enjoying the experience. Our one afternoon
of free time he spent driving up and down main street in Moab offering
to pick up and drop off guests since the heat was so intense. He always
was there when you needed him! We used the hotel option and were happy
with the accommodations. We never had to deal with check in or check
out. The luggage was already in the room when we arrived at each
location. The extra options are worth it. We went on the Hummer ride in
Moab and a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. Both were exceptional.
Due to Covid some events had to be shuffled but we never had to deal
with any problems - Chris took care of everything. We would definitely
recommend the tour and hope to go on another tour in the
future!Read full review
This tour was so good that after I took my godson 3 years ago, I took my adult daughter this time. The sites are amazing. Zion, Bryce, Dead Horse, Canyonlands, Arches, Monument Valley, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon including the helicopter r..ide. It was a hot week with temps near 100 sometimes and our guide Joel Clark showed us some nice places to cool off. During the drives from place to place, Joel shares his knowledge of the local history of the Southwest including the Navajo, cowboy culture (art and literature) to present day Vegas throughout the trip. He provides insight to the area with his geological discussions of the rock formations and the plant and animal life. Camping in tents was very comfortable and listening to Joel play his guitar and sing around the campfire on a cool evening made this all a spectacular trip. Finally, this trip was at the end of June 2020 when Covid restrictions were in place and they did a great job following the guidelines. Thanks Joel for another amazing trip. PS Joel was my guide on the first trip also and both trips were really uniquely awesome.Read full review
100% Geyser, Glacier, Grand old time with Bisons in line

An efficient itinerary using Salt Lake City as a gateway (one of the cheapest airport to fly to), though a longer drive for our guide Alex.
We did hiking - up the glacier lake overlook and canyon vista, down the river bank; swimming - again..st river chill while soaking in hot spring. Some of us had a crash course of very first camping experience, trying to fit in a sleeping bag. Lunch on the go with hearty tasty dinner cooked every day. Starry night, surrounded by invisible (occasional audible) wildlife buddies, we savored wine, tea, played game by the camp fire. Breakfast is important for most and there were variety of options for us to choose. Though we were rushing every morning to eat, I wish we could get up earlier to see at least one sunrise.
Alex, the most knowledgeable tour guide I've met, introduced us on wide-ranging topics, from geology, forestry, wildlife, to history, all while driving and without referring to a hard copy. There were facts and figures published to educate, also anecdotes and speculations to entertain (or scare some fainthearted).
I only wish longer time spent in Yellowstone. If Grand Canyon is a Yang to top all the national parks, Yellowstone is a Yin with billowing steam exuding everywhere in sight, provoke all imaginations wild and eerie.

1)Your USA Office should have given me invoice number as soon as I paid them here. This was needed by your London office as confirmation of payment. This was not provided to me by your USA office. Although your London office figured out th..at I did make payment, initially they told me that it was my responsibility to talk to USA and get invoice number. NOT EVERYONE CARRIES MOBILE PHONE WITH INTERNATIONAL SERVICE. IT WAS UPSETTING TO START WITH.
2)Your tour GUIDE was VERY rude and was treating passengers as children. EVERYONE and I REPEAT EVERYONE was having heated arguments with him at Eiffel Tower site. He showed us where to assemble after sightseeing and he expected us to come back at a different place. He was after all paid because of tourists like us. And he should remember that.Read full review
Read full review
Travelled with them on the 7 day SW National Parks lodging tour AND the 7 day Yellowstone Camping tour Both had fantastic well thought out itineraries which allowed us to choose the hikes that we wanted and pack in as much as we could in th..ose 7 days. Also the tour leaders (Marie and Chris) were great and added to the enjoyment of the tour in their own unique ways. Highly recommendedRead full review
