My sister and I (from Australia) have been on a number of US tours and this was by far the best! Boris, our tour guide, was absolutely awesome. Fluent in 3 languages (English, Mandarin and Cantonese), he was able to accommodate over 50 peop..le on the bus from all over the world. He seemed to be passionate about his job and that counted for a lot. He knew plenty about all the attractions, cracked jokes every now and then and was just an all round wonderful person. Apart from that, the trip was also planned well. The attractions were all interesting and we had the flexibility to skip some if we chose to. We were able to save some money and explore Toronto ourselves by doing so. Hotels were clean and tidy as well as very close to Niagara Falls (walking distance on the second night). Overall, the tour was very much worth it and we'd recommend it to anyone. Thanks Boris!!Read full review
The cost: at first it seems to be cheap knowing its only $108/pax + $10/day for the tour guide fee. The tour guide is not guiding the tour. He’s guiding the people to be in their seat and make sure everyone is on board. He sets time of bo..arding and got mad at other nationalities for being 4 minutes late, but didnt say nothing to those chinese people being 25 minutes late. He doesnt reimburse our money for the unised service. We decided to pay for the extra $102 for harvard & yale tour, boston harbor cruise and the lobster dinner during the 1st day. The next day it was raining so I asked him if we can just cancel the harbor cruise, he said he cant reimburse coz he already bought the tickets for the cruise. But that was the time we didnt even get to the port yet. Overall, im unhappy with the service. We dont mind paying if we had a great time. We didnt get what we paid for.Read full review
In a Nutshell, the tour was good. We had a great tourguide, the hotels were great, the bus comfortable. The reservation was bad, it took me a lot of emails and phone calls to finally get a confirmation. The itineary wasn't detailed at all. ..A lot of important information were hard to find or missing.Read full review
My Family and I had very good time. I enjoyed the Duck Tour the World War II Style in Boston because was incredible seeing fast mobile traveling in land and on the water
The trip was amazing the tour guide Mai did a very wonderful job. I had a great time and I would recommended it to take this trip. The Hotels were very nice decorated with Christmas trees.
We enjoyed the tour very much. The tour guide Chloe gave us a detailed overview of itinerary in the beginning. We were given enough time to visit each location. The bus was punctual both in pick up and drop off.
Even in November , this was a fantastic experience. The tour guide and driver were both exceptional. It was amazing how much we saw in a short time. We were always told about the places we were visiting, including how to avoid scams. A few ..times we had local guides which were exceptional, especially in Rome. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour.Read full review
Excellent trip. Though it was a long journey, the destinations we were in were interesting and eye opening. Our tour guide, Faith, is a helpful and knowledgeable. Great to have her as our guide.
This tour was great for someone like me and my wife, who had never been to Italy. We got to see a lot in a short amount of time. We could now make the choice to go back and stay longer in the places we'd like to see more of. Of course, the ..nature of that is also its drawback in that it was exhausting and at times we could hardly remember what we'd seen. I thought the accommodations were good on most nights; some better than others. I would have appreciated more time in Florence versus other stops. Our tour guide, Roma, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, personable, and a lot of fun. I would tour all of Europe with her and our driver, Giuseppe, who was so helpful and polite. Overall, this was a great value and I definitely recommend it to those who want to see a lot in a short period of time.Read full review
It's a great experience and I will surely try to do another one in the summer. For one it's convenient that we don't have to drive and look for places to see, although of course we would love to explore a little bit longer than the schedule..d time allotted but we understand the time limitations. Hotel accommodation is okay a little bit far from downtown Boston, and it offered no free breakfast.Read full review
