I am delighted with the tour. The organization was perfect. Our tour guide Marianne informed us bilingually about everything worth seeing and knowing. Marianne did a great job! Bravo and thank you Marianne. Although the weather on the Titli..s was not really nice, lots of fog, everyone was more than happy. Thanks for the amazing tour and the excellent tour guide. Always happy to return.Read full review

After a short visit to Lucerne it’s on to Mt. Titlis which towers above the town of Engelberg. We choose the additional snow experience part if the tour and this was munquestionably my son’s favourite part of the day. This part of the t..our takes place halfway up the mountain where we tried tobogganing and tubing before collecting our skis and equipment. The staff expertly had us fully geared up in about 10 minutes before we headed off for about an hour of beginner skiing fun. Afterwards you head up to the summit of Titlis with about 1 hour to spend at the top enjoying just some of the many activities on offer. We loved our day and could easily do it again and none of it would feel ‘old’. The tour company did an excellent job of facilitating the day with pleasant and knowledgeable staff, a well maintained coach and an orderly itinerary. Aside from unpredictable Mother Nature you could not be disappointed!Read full review

This is an enjoyable trip even if the distance between the cities took 2 to 4 hours. The tour guides were Chinese and their stories were often hard to understand but they were helpful when we had concerns

Really flexible schedule with the tour guild, tour group was a good group about 30+ pp in the bus. The guild was really nice and explain well on what is going happened next each day. The hotel was overall fine beside the last night at Venic..e. the hotel in Venice was more like a two star motel, not pleasant.Read full review
The bus on the 1st day was old and had a little leg room, no seatbelt but the itinerary was good. The 2nd bus (last day) was better. I love Quebec! It was beautiful though the weather wasn't nice. It rained all day. The tour guides were ple..asant and although they are not fluent in English, they could speak enough to understand. 96% were chinese people. I was among the minority (English speakers). At the wine tasting (last day), me and other 2 non-Chinese had a hard time. We didnt get the tour (winery) as we were told to wait for another tour guide who was busy at the time. However, an employe approached the 3 of us and had the wine tasting. Overall, it was a good experience.Read full review
