Nid was great! I loved how attentive and caring she was. She tended to all of our needs and concerns and even made extra effort to tend to the needs of our 5 year old daughter. She took extra steps to make sure she was safe and that she was.. able to fully participate in all of the activities and experiences. She even took pictures family pictures for us so that we could experience things without having to worry about taking pictures. She was excellent! Monica and Kai, were both excellent! Kai was thoughtful, friendly, and knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us navigate restaurant menus (needed gluten free). We had an incredibly attentive guide, Tom. She is extremely knowledgeable and anticipated our every need. She speaks excellent English and was very easy to spend time with. She took fantastic photos of us. We celebrated our 35th anniversary.. and she gave us a gorgeous bouquet and a cake!! We were blown away. Our hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. She led us through the lantern festival and explained everything up front so there were no surprises. She also took us to a fun parade where we had a blast! Read full review
