  • Minimum number of participants for operation: 25 Person(s). When the participants do not reach the required number, the tour will not be operated. If this is the case, those who have made a reservation will be informed of the matter 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date (4 days prior to the departure in case of a day tour).
  • Booking is acceptable for 1 or 2 people. Even if you booked a room for 2 people, two single rooms may be provided.
  • Please join the tour with comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
  • The order of the itinerary is subject to change according to the traffic or other circumstances on the tour day.

  • Meal contents are subject to change depending on the availability of the ingredients.
  • We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.)
  • A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by email.
  • The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day.
  • The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.
  • Language Support: This particular course is operated as a free plan tour, therefore there will not be any language support from a tour conductor. We will however provide the final confirmation and itinerary in the preferred language of your choice.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Adult price: 6 years or older
* Kid price: 3 to 5 years old
- Kid price includes a bus seat and hotel facility fee (bedding and meals are not included.) Infants under 3 can choose to pay kid price or join the tour for free without any arrangement for bus seat, meals etc.
* Baby (2 and younger): Free. But if any baby is included in the tour, please contact us in advance.
* Even if you booked a room for 2 people, two single rooms may be provided.
* Tour prices are based on Japanese yen (JPY) and converted into US dollars (USD). Constant fluctuations in the exchange rate cause prices to change on a regular basis. You will be charged with the price based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment. All transactions are final. We do not offer discounts or compensation to those citing lower prices at a later date.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
