Pick-up Details / Transfers

The package includes transfers from international airports in Zurich and Geneva to the train station in Interlaken as part of SBB's Swiss Transfer Ticket service.

To redeem the train transfer, you must show your printed transfer validation at the international airport information desk in Zurich or Geneva during opening hours:

Visitor's Centre, Geneva Airport: Daily 7:00am - 11:00pm
Airport Information Service Centre, Zurich Airport: Daily 6:00am - 11:30pm

Upon showing your printed transfer validation at one of the information desks above, you will receive your complete travel kit including train tickets and hotel vouchers.

DO NOT wait for a driver at the airport! If you are arriving the same day, you must collect your luggage and proceed directly to one of the information desks listed above to collect your train ticket and hotel voucher, after which you may proceed to the train station to begin your incredible journey to Lucerne.

It is not possible to proceed directly to the hotel, as all vouchers must first be collected at one of the airport information desks listed above.

Special Notes

  • Cancellation & Amendment：
    Up to 35 days before travel: handling fee (min. CHF 60.- per person, max. CHF 120.- per booking)
    34 - 18 days before travel: 30% of overall package cost
    17 - 11 days before travel: 60% of overall package cost
    10 - 0 days before travel or no show: 100% of overall package cost
    After our confirmation has been raised, we will charge an amendment fee of CHF 60.- per person, max.
    CHF 120.- per booking file plus any charges that may be made by our own suppliers. This particularly will apply where non-refundable rates have been booked.
    Note: In all cases tickets must be returned unused otherwise 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • The order of the itinerary may be reversed in instances where there is limited availability on the train. You will be informed of any changes in itinerary well in advance of scheduled departure.
  • The hotels for each night will be confirmed after the booking is confirmed and paid in full.
  • The package includes train transfers to/from the airport to/from the hotel as part of SBB's Swiss Transfer Ticket service. Airport transfers are not provided by the tour operator.
  • Transfers to the hotel by train are arranged at service desks at Geneva Airport and Zurich Airport. After you collect your luggage, please proceed directly to the corresponding counter and show the clerk your airport transfer voucher. Service desk operating hours are as follows:
    - Visitor's Centre, Geneva Airport: Daily 7:00am - 11:00pm
    - Airport Information Service Centre, Zurich Airport: Daily 6:00am - 11:30pm
  • If your flight arrives outside the opening hours listed above, you will not be able to redeem your voucher for a train transfer on the same day, and will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.
  • You will receive detailed instructions on how to take the train following order confirmation and full payment.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. If you require assistance finding a specific tour, please contact us for more information.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double and Triple Occupancy applies when two and three people stay in one standard hotel room, respectively.
* Tour prices are based on Swiss Franc (CHF) and converted into US dollars (USD). Constant fluctuations in the exchange rate cause prices to change on a regular basis. You will be charged the price based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment. All transactions are final. We do not offer discounts or compensation to those citing lower prices at a later date. Bookings will be subject to penalties when modified or cancelled.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
