Day 01

Zurich Airport / Geneva Airport - Interlaken

The package includes transfers from international airports in Zurich and Geneva to the train station in Lucerne as part of SBB's Swiss Transfer Ticket service.

To redeem the train transfer, you must show your printed transfer validation at the international airport information desk in Zurich or Geneva during opening hours:

- Visitor's Centre, Geneva Airport: Daily 7:00am - 11:00pm
- Airport Information Service Centre, Zurich Airport: Daily 6:00am - 11:30pm

Upon showing your printed transfer validation at one of the information desks above, you will receive your complete travel kit including train tickets and hotel vouchers.

DO NOT wait for a driver at the airport! If you are arriving the same day, you must collect your luggage and proceed directly to one of the information desks listed above to collect your train ticket and hotel voucher, after which you may proceed to the train station to begin your incredible journey to Interlaken.

Upon arrival at the train station, you'll self-transfer to the first night's hotel where you can check-in at 3:00pm.

The rest of the day is yours to discover Interlaken's myriad hidden gems.

Day 02

Interlaken - Zweissiman - GoldenPass Line - Montreux

From Interlaken Ost you will take the local BLS train to Zweissiman, where you will then board the GoldenPass Line bound for Montreux, traversing the lovely and scenic Pays-d'Enhaut region of Switzerland.

Overnight in Montreux.

Day 03

Montreux - Zermatt

Hotel: Hotel Adonis / Hotel Continental / Hotel Elite Garni / Hotel Garni Sarazena / Jägerhof Hotel & Apartements / Jägerhof Apartements / Hotel Butterfly / Hotel Excelsior / Hotel Garni Testa / Hotel La Couronne or similar

Travel by train from Montreux to the car-free village of Zermatt situated at the foot of the Matterhorn. You may opt to book an optional excursion on the Gornergrat train to some of the most spectacular vistas of the Swiss Alps. Or use your free day to explore the many wonders of Zermatt.

Day 04

Zermatt - Glacier Express - St. Moritz

Hotel: Hotel Hauser Swiss Quality / Hotel Soldanella / Unique Hotel Eden / Hotel Bären / Berghotel Randolins / Hotel Nolda or similar

Depart from Zermatt on the Glacier Express bound for St. Moritz.

Overnight in St. Moritz.

Day 05

St. Moritz - Bernina Express - Lugano

At the St. Moritz railway station, you will board the Bernina Express bound for Lugano.

Overnight in Lugano.

Day 06

Lugano - Gotthard Panorama Express - Fluelen - Lucerne

At the Lugano railway station you will board the Gotthard Panorama Express bound for Fluelen on the shores of Lake Lucerne. From Fluelen you will take the traditional steamer cruise across the lake to Lucerne.

Overnight in Lucerne.

Day 07

Lucerne

Enjoy one last breakfast at the hotel before taking the included train transfer back to international airports in Zurich or Geneva.

Cancellation & Amendment：
Up to 35 days before travel: CHF 450.- per person + handling fee (min. CHF 60.- per person, max. CHF 120.- per booking)
34 - 11 days before travel: 60% of overall package cost
10 - 0 days before travel or no show: 100% of overall package cost
After our confirmation has been raised, we will charge an amendment fee of CHF 60.- per person, max.
CHF 120.- per booking file plus any charges that may be made by our own suppliers. This particularly will apply where non-refundable rates have been booked.
The order of the itinerary may be reversed in instances where there is limited availability on the train. You will be informed of any changes in itinerary well in advance of scheduled departure.
The hotels for each night will be confirmed after the booking is confirmed and paid in full.
The package includes train transfers to/from the airports in Zurich and Geneva as part of SBB's Swiss Transfer Ticket service. Airport transfers by sedan and minivan are not provided by the tour operator.
Transfers to the hotel by train are arranged at service desks at Geneva Airport and Zurich Airport. After you collect your luggage, please proceed directly to the corresponding counter and show the clerk your airport transfer voucher. Service desk operating hours are as follows:
- Visitor's Centre, Geneva Airport: Daily 7:00am - 11:00pm
- Airport Information Service Centre, Zurich Airport: Daily 6:00am - 11:30pm
If your flight arrives outside the opening hours listed above, you will not be able to redeem your voucher for a train transfer on the same day, and will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to take the train following order confirmation and full payment.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. 2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
