Special Notes

  • This is popular tour for this season only, suggest to book 1-2 month prior to departure date to secure the seats.
  • None of the expenses will be refunded if a customer chooses to cancel.
  • Yuki no Otani (Snow Wall Walk): This is a special event. For safety reasons, the organizer may cancel or shorten the time of the event due to low visibility, snow, snow removal operation, and other operational reasons.
  • Please bring your own lunch or buy it during a break in the tour.
  • On the Alpine Route, the tour travels through the mountains using a number of vehicles. Please come with clothes, shoes and bags that enable you to walk easily and comfortably. Putting your belongings in a backpack is particularly recommended.
  • Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
  • Travelling along the Alpine Route might have to be discontinued in case of bad weather or other conditions. In such a case, vehicle fares for the areas not yet traveled will be refunded.
  • If the departure time on Day 2 is early morning (5:30～8:30), a boxed bento breakfast may be be served.
  • 2 single rooms might be provided in some cases for those who made a reservation with 1 room for 2 participants.
  • Depending on traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may change.
  • This tour is operated with a mix of Japanese and foreign passengers. A staff member will give you the basic information, such as meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese, although they won’t give you detailed information on the places visited.
  • The tour conductor will arrive at the meeting place via different departure points to pick up other guests. Although the tour conductor/sightseeing bus could be late to the meeting place due to road conditions, they will eventually arrive, so please wait at the designated meeting point.
  • We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.)
  • A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail.
  • The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day.
  • The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. *Infant: 0-5 years old;Infants 3-5 years old are also charged in this tour for JPY 8000/per, including a bus seat. Infants under 3 can choose to pay the infant price or join the tour for free without any arrangement for a bus seat, meals etc. If you are traveling with an infant, please make a note in the comments including the name and DOB of the infant, so we can adjust the price for you.
*Tour prices are based on Japanese yen (JPY) and converted into US dollars (USD). Constant fluctuations in the exchange rate cause prices to change on a regular basis. You will be charged with the price based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment. All transactions are final. We do not offer discounts or compensation to those citing lower prices at a later date.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
