Pick-up Details / Transfers

【Airport Pick-Up】
Airport pick-up is free for 24 hours all day. We offer one free airport pick-up per order in Toronto Pearson International Airport(YYZ).

Please refer to the following meet points:
Terminal 1 Domestic Arrival: LVL1, Gate A, Tim Hortons
Terminal 1 International Arrival: LVL1, Gate C, Information Desk
Terminal 3 Domestic Arrival: LVL1, Gate B
Terminal 3 International Arrival: LVL1, Gate G, Information Desk

Waiting Time
The waiting time for international flights is no more than 90 minutes after flights arrival, for domestic flights is no more than 60 minutes after flights arrival. If the waiting time is exceeded, the guide will no longer wait for you. Extra pick-up fee of $100.00 per 1-4 guests per time will be charged separately. So please meet your guide on time.

The maximum waiting time stated above includes the time for the guest to complete the customs clearance procedures (such as the student visa, the immigration question and so on). Even if you have notified the pick-up guide that they may have to wait, as long as the maximum time is exceeded, the pick-up guide will no longer wait for you. If you need to pick-up service again, you need to pay an additional fee of $100.00 per 1-4 person per time.

Please leave a request in the comments section of the online booking system if you'd like to be picked up from your hotel or any other location in Toronto (one free pick-up per order).

Special Notes

  • No changes can be made within 6 days prior to the departure date.
  • For one booking with 10 guests or more, we consider it as a group, and request all the service fee and all the admissions or attractions be prepaid in advance. The price is not the final price. We will confirm the final price after you pay or you can reconfirm with us about the price before payment. We will charge you or refund you the price difference. You can decide whether you need Meal Plan on tour, don't need to prepay. If you don't want to pay all the admissions or attractions, you can contact us for quotation about your private tour.
  • Flight information must be provided at least 7 days prior to departure date in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. Flight information must be provided in time if you book tour within 7 days. If flight information is not provided or relayed at the last minute, we will assume you have arranged your own transportation and no driver will be sent. If you decide to make the trip from the airport to the hotel yourself, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of airport transfer service, you may still request said service provided we receive the request well in advance. Urgent requests to reinstate airport shuttle service will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun / local provider will attempt to arrange pick-up at a later time, but this is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available, all guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.
  • Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with the right authorities for detailed requirements. For additional information, please visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLish/visit/visas.asp.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Pricing Info

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively. Each room may be equipped with two full size beds or one large bed with a double sofa-bed.
*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
*Child enjoys the same price as adult as the 3rd/4th person in one room.
*Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
Please note that passengers traveling with infant(s) under 2 years of age, must pay tour fare and service fee for the infant. It is illegal for an infant to board a bus without an assigned seat. Please prepare a car seat for infant. Thank you for your understanding.
*Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD), but based in Canadian dollars (CAD). They are subject to change according to the currency exchange rate on your booking date.
*Each customer is allowed to take one carry-on luggage and one checked luggage during the trip. Additional items will be charged $35 / Piece.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
