• Cancellation Policy:
Once all orders are confirmed, our company will immediately purchase the tickets. If the customer changes or refunds after ordering, the tickets cannot be refunded or changed! The remaining amount is the remaining amount after deducting the tickets:
- When the number of people in the order is 1-9: If the cancellation is made 18 days before departure (inclusive), 10% of the remaining amount will be charged; If the cancellation is made within 17 days before departure (inclusive), 100% of the remaining amount will be charged;
- When the number of people in the order is 10-15: If the cancellation is made 33 days before departure (inclusive), 10% of the remaining amount will be charged; If the cancellation is made within 32 days before departure (inclusive), 100% of the remaining amount will be charged;

- These package policies apply for Comfot to First Superior categories.
- For luxury category, the cancellation policies will be sent by your reservation specialist.
- Inca Trail packages, Machu Picchu Citadel entrance, Machu Picchu Mountain and Huayna Picchu entrance, Amazonian cruises, trains and other special services are subject to cancellation charges indicated by your reservation specialist at the time of confirmation.
- In case of no-shows (defined according to hotel policy), there will be a surcharge of 18% (IGV - General Sales Tax) in addition to the rate.
- Groups with over 17 passengers or Incentive Groups may have special cancellation policies depending to the hotels used.

• This price does not apply to Peruvian residents or travelers who stay in Peru for more than 60 days (or more than 4 nights in Lima).
• In case of attraction closures due to holidays, special circumstances, etc., the guide will adjust the itinerary accordingly.
• If hotel rooms are in short supply, we may replace them with hotels of the same grade. Thank you for your understanding and support.
• If the departure date falls within: Easter holidays (March 24 to 31), Inti Raymi (June 22 to 28), National Holidays (July 27 to 31), Christmas, New Year, conferences, or special events, a holiday surcharge will apply. Please confirm the price with customer service.
• 【Machu Picchu Tour Notes】
- The first entrance to the citadel requires the mandatory accompaniment of a guide. Please note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- The entrance to Machu Picchu allows a maximum stay of 4 hours in the citadel, if you want to stay the whole time inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.
- The route and schedule for visiting Machu Picchu are subject to conditions. Generally, we arrange the classic Circuit 2, allowing you to visit both the upper and lower terraces and the various areas of the archaeological center. If Circuit 2 is sold out, other circuits will be arranged.
- For the purchase of tickets to Machu Picchu it is necessary to send full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number of passengers, which must match the current passport that will be used for the trip. It is important to take into account that the entrance tickets to the citadel are non-refundable from the time of purchase.
-If passengers spend the night in the Sacred Valley, Limatours will take care of transferring the luggage to the hotel in Cusco. On the other hand, if they stay in Cusco, the luggage will remain in the hotel storage.
- Items not allowed in Machu Picchu: cameras, drones, walking sticks without rubber tips, camera tripods, selfie sticks, backpacks larger than 40 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm, aerosols, high heels, sharp objects, banners or posters, single-use plastic items (including bags, bottles, and foam containers).
- Machu Picchu train luggage regulations: Passengers may carry hand luggage not exceeding 5 kg (11 lbs) (backpack, bag, or briefcase). Allowed dimensions: 62 inches/157 cm (height + length + width). Each passenger is responsible for their own luggage.
• Bus luggage regulations: Passengers may carry up to 20 kg of checked luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage. Any excess will depend on the bus's capacity and will incur additional fees.
• According to hotel policies, breakfast is served at specific times, generally from 06:00 to 10:00. If travelers check out or transfer before this time, they will forfeit this benefit and cannot be compensated at other hotels. Room service or boxed breakfast requires an extra charge and cannot compensate for the missed breakfast.
• When booking train service to Machu Picchu, seats are allocated based on availability and can only be assigned after ticket issuance.
• We recommend comfortable and lightweight clothing for coastal areas and warm clothing for the Andean highlands. When visiting religious temples or official buildings, visitors are advised not to wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts, or cropped tops. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, and insect repellent are very useful during your stay.
• Please avoid purchasing or approaching wildlife; refrain from buying endangered species products; minimize water and energy consumption; reduce the use of plastic products; avoid aerosols, including insect repellent, sunscreen, etc.; seek permission before photographing others; do not include minors in photos; respect local beliefs and traditions. Follow instructions to protect cultural heritage.
• We are not responsible for unforeseen events such as strikes, climate changes, or natural disasters. As a booking agent, we do not assume responsibility for the quality or suitability of services, or for any death, injury, illness, damage, accidents, loss, theft, or delays directly or indirectly caused by services provided by suppliers.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
