Situated along the Vltava River, this Cesky Krumlov church is a major landmark in the city rivaled only by the Ceksy Krumlov Castle. Construction on the St. Vitus Church first began in 1340 under German builder Linhart of Aldenberg. It was finished until the late 1430s after the Hussite Wars. In addition to holding religious services, the church also frequently hosts classical music concerts.
