- We provide free pick-up and drop-off at most hotels in Downtown Vancouver. Please include your hotel address, room number and preferred pick-up time in the comments section of the online booking system.
- For pick-up and drop-off at major piers and train stations, please contact us for a quote.
- Pick-up times vary depending on traffic and the location of your hotel. Although uncommon, severe weather and/or road conditions sometimes cause delays of up to 30 minutes. Call after 15 minutes if you are concerned.
- Contact us to confirm your itinerary a few days before tour departure date.
- We will endeavor to conduct the tour according to the finalized itinerary; however, all tours are subject to change without notice.
