Next, arrive at the Prince of Wales Hotel (admission fee required, optional afternoon tea available, 60 minutes). After dining, you can take a leisurely walk along Waterton Lake or opt for a boat tour on the lake (additional cost), crossing the U.S.-Canada border. Visit Cameron Falls (15 minutes) before returning to Calgary.

The Waterton Shoreline Cruise Co., a locally owned family business, offers a unique local perspective on the park's rich history, wildlife, and terrain. During the approximately 1 hour 15-minute round-trip cruise, you will cross the border into Glacier National Park in Montana (no passport required, cruise does not dock). You may also spot black bears and moose. Cruises operate from May to mid-October.
