Package Itinerary

Day 1:- Arrivals – airport pick up – hotel transfer. Night time, hotel pick up for aurora hunting tour experience. Your first night of aurora hunting experience starts with hotel pick up. On the tour your guide will share night time photography and basic information of aurora. Your experienced guide will assist you to take the best pictures of aurora and photo service will also be available if you wish to have more pictures of you taken with aurora. At the end of tour your driver guide will drop you back to hotel. (4 hrs)

Day 2:- Day time – Free time to explore Yellowknife at your own pace or join some of our available day time activities.

Day 2:- Night time – Your second night of aurora hunting experience starts with hotel pick up. On the tour your driver/guide will be on the look out for best aurora viewing location outside Yellowknife city light pollution. On tour complimentary hot beverages and snacks will be provided. After amazing night of northern lights searching and photography hotel drop offs follows. (4 hrs)

Day 3: Day time – Free time to explore Yellowknife at your own pace or join some of our available day time activities.

Day 3: Night – Your last night of northern lights searching takes you into the vast wilderness of Northwest Territories searching for the best aurora outside city light pollution. Your driver/guide will take you to several lakes to take the best pictures of aurora reflection from lakes. In winter time you get the experience of aurora hunting on Northwest Territories pristine lakes that turn into ice roads. At the of all over whelming experience your driver/guide will drop you back to hotel. (4 hrs)

Day 4: Hotel check out – Check out of the hotel and get dropped off at the airport in
Yellowknife.

1.   4:00pm is hotel check in time not tour starting times. Upon arrival your tour guide will give you up to date itinerary with tours time for your trip booking. Typically all aurora tours start at night time and are four hours. Aurora tours start times in August 11:00pm, September - October 10:00pm, November - February 9:00pm March - April 10:00pm.
