DAY 5: Hotel Check Out | YZF Airport Departures
On your last day, you can look forward to a smooth and effortless transition as you check out of your hotel by 11:00 AM or even earlier. Airport transfers begin 2 hours before your scheduled flight time from Yellowknife in our comfortable shuttle bus or private taxi on early morning flights that depart before our regular shuttle service time.

1. During peak season Arctic Tours Canada can't guarantee room choice or number of beds in hotel rooms. Arctic Tours Canada will reserve the best room choice offered by hotels. Some hotel rooms may require additional room upgrade price difference or may have different number of beds choices requested at time of booking.
2. Please note day-time tours minimum 4 participants for tour to be executed. In the event that your day-time tour date didn't reach minimum number of participants Arctic Tours Canada may change your day tour schedule to a date/time that meet minimum number of participants.
3. Arctic Tours Canada reserves the right to change tour itinerary order to the day that meet minimum participants or favorable for best experiences.

Cancellation Policy:
Multi-day packages cancellation policy - cancellations received up to 15 days prior to arrival date are subject to $45 administrative fees. Cancellations received up to 5 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the tour fare per person. Cancellations received up to 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged 70% of the tour fare per person and cancellations or a no show on the arrival date are 100% non-refundable. Early hotel and tours check-outs are 100% non-refundable.
Tours cancellation policy - cancellations received up to 3 days prior to tour date are 100% refundable. Cancellation received up to 2 days prior to tour will be charged 70% of the tour fare per person. Cancellations on tour date or a no show for tour are 100% non-refundable. Early tours check-outs are 100% non-refundable. If a tour is cancelled due to unsafe adverse weather conditions, the tour will be rescheduled to next available safe day or full refund will be issued. If a tour has been cancelled due to insufficient number of participants tour will be rescheduled to next available date or tour credit or refund will be issued.
Child policy - child rate applies to children 12 years of age and under. All children must be accompanied by tour participating parent or guardian of 18 years of age or older. Arctic Tours Canada reserves the right to refuse unaccompanied child or children that are jeopardizing safety of other participants on tour.
Private Group Tours:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm group booking and full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. Amendments within 7 days prior to arrival may incur a charge.
Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase. After 6 months voucher is non-redeemable. A minimum of 15 days advance notice is required to process hotel and tours reservations for gift voucher booking.
